The place was small but cozy. We had an enjoyable stay with our family. The Host was very friendly and helped us with many things, as did the receptionists in the building. I recommend the accommodation.

Very cozy apartment. It has a very good location with many restaurants and places to eat or buy fast food. Close to the Parque Arauco shopping mall. You can walk quietly. It has everything you need as detailed on the website. Carolina, her host, contacted us the day before our arrival. Everything is very well organized with all the instructions regarding the occupancy of the apartment, which makes check-in easy and agile. We had a wonderful stay.

Apartment conveniently located near the subway station and with several things to do

We went with a group of 9 families, all with small children, and although the place is not equipped for that since it is designed more for adults, we felt very comfortable. All rooms are of excellent standard and impeccable and comfortable. All utensils are labeled and tidy. We had everything we could have needed at our disposal. The view is beautiful and has enough space for everyone to have the privacy they need. Thank you very much for everything!

We were five incredible days! a very comfortable and super well equipped house, the house was incredible, but the plot where the house is located is fantastic!! waking up early with a coffee and walking through the beautiful landscapes inside the property was great! very recommended and definitely have to go back :)

The house has everything you need to have a good time. Whether with family or friends. Because it has many spaces to have a good time: - glasses of sparkling wine in the Jacuzzi - a little exercise in the pool - Have a barbecue in the garden - Have a chat with a wine around the stove - watch a children's movie with the projector Outstanding!

Beautiful place. Well-equipped kitchen, spacious and comfortable rooms with heaters. The place is very well cared for and you can see the work to keep it nice. I went with my partner and it made us want to come back with friends and family, 100% recommended.

We had a wonderful experience at this home. It is spacious, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are large and cozy, with everything you need to avoid the cold. Something we really appreciated was that there was food available for sale, which was ideal since we arrived late and didn't get to buy anything. The setting is beautiful, very quiet and easily accessible. The host, Carla, was incredibly kind and responded promptly to all our inquiries, helping us at all times. Their attention made a big difference in our stay. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Hello, Ignacio's house is great, much nicer than what you see in the photos. You have everything for a great stay. The kitchen is super well equipped, excellent grill, very comfortable bathrooms and room. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. Ignacio is always willing to help with whatever you need, he responds super quickly to inquiries, he is proactive, he is super flexible with schedules. Karina was an excellent host. The place is very comfortable, nice and ideal for children. We loved the entertainment room, you or the children can watch movies comfortably, as well as play since it has some toys for them. Even read for a while, something that appeals to you from its small but interesting selection of books. Everything is VERY CLEAN, tidy and quiet in the apartment. We hardly heard any noise in the surrounding apartments. On the other hand, although it does not have an ocean view, it has a view of a forest next to the condominium that is very pleasant to look at. And Karina was VERY kind, courteous and with an excellent disposition. Highly recommended for families!

Your apartment has an excellent location and is close to cafes, restaurants, Costanera, many things. It is a very nice area and safe. I had an amazing stay at Loreto’s apartment in San Joaquin. Loreto is incredibly kind and thoughtful, and was always quick to reply to any concern I might have. The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions provided in advance. The space itself was spotless, and had all the amenities I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, and a super comfortable bed. Working in Las Condes, the metro station being a stone’s throw away was very helpful and connected me to the rest of the city. Loreto provided great recommendations for services nearby and the apartment itself had everything you might need, like an actual home. If I’m ever in Santiago again, I would return to Loreto’s apartment in a heartbeat and I would recommend it to anybody.

The Airbnb complies with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. It is fully equipped. And in addition, it is close to restaurants and places of interest. Camila and Ivana were always available to answer my questions and questions. I would definitely recommend it!
