Our first experience with Airbnb and our expectations. Our hostess took care of EVERYTHING. it is a luxury, clean and close to shopping centers. The area is very quiet and safe. Unfortunately, my experience was not positive. I travel with an assistance dog, and while Airbnb policies state that no disability questions should be asked, the host accessed my dog's social media, which was on my profile, and then asked me personal questions that made me feel like my privacy was being invaded. I found myself in the awkward situation of having to explain details about my health that I didn't have to share. In addition, a charge of $25,000 was generated that did not correspond, since service dogs are exempt from additional fees. Even though he had already been informed by message that I would be traveling with my service dog, he insisted that I should have said so explicitly, creating an atmosphere of distrust and unnecessary tension. I didn't feel respected or welcomed, which was especially difficult considering that people who travel with assistance do so precisely out of a real need, not for pleasure.

Alvaro is an excellent host, his house is very nice and the pool is coming very well, it is perfect. It is second time that I stay here and on this occasion Álvaro accepted my reservation without prior coordination and saved me the weekend. Luckily the house was available Super recommended, a 3 min drive to the big shops and a block amassanderia and convenience store. Thank you Álvaro! I'll be back :)

My experience has been really excellent in the house, everything has been perfect, from communication with Mireya, very attentive to all our requirements to how the house works. Regarding the house and the surroundings, really beautiful and clean, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. I highly recommend it.

Amazing place in an incredible location with a breathtaking view. Pictures don’t do it justice. Juan was extremely responsive and helpful, including accommodating our need for early arrival and communicating in English instead of Spanish. We hope to come back someday!

The apartment is beautiful and super spacious and comfortable. We loved the view and the spacious kitchen. The only bad thing about the apartment is that it doesn't have a garage, but Carla and Francisca were super nice and got us a paid garage.
