Excellent accommodation, the house is very nice with everything you need to have a pleasant stay, beautiful sea view and very close to the beach

A nice place to disconnect from the routine, whether going out or staying in the room, there are activities to do or relax.

Comfortable stay, equipped house and very central but in a quiet area, there is shade and a nice pool that we enjoyed with a pet since it is very well fenced, and it has accessibility for elderly people with reduced mobility to the house [flat terrain] and has a bathroom/shower with support bars.

Excellent house to enjoy, it is just as it appears in the photos, everything was great, we only had problems with the electricity in the living room, we had no electricity in the outlets, I tried to fix it but there was no case, otherwise everything was excellent.

Totally recommended. Very cozy house with a variety of options for entertainment and relaxation. We were all delighted and will consider it for a new opportunity. Juan Luis was very kind.

It was an excellent experience to stay at Juan's house. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and very organized, it had everything you need to make our stay a wonderful experience. We traveled as a family, with our dogs included, and we had a great time! Check-in and check-out were very flexible, which we appreciated, and Juan was always very attentive to our needs. Since our arrival Jorge was very attentive and helping us in everything. The apartment, impeccable, everything tidy and with everything you need for a perfect stay. The wonderful location, 3 minutes from the beach, in front of the apartment there is coffee shop, sushi, pharmacy, restaurant. This is the second time with my family we stayed in Mrs. Rosa's depto and just like the first time it was a wonderful stay, it was like getting home. The place is very nice and has everything you need for your stay, comfortable and safe, supermarket at the front, food places, craft stalls, very attentive concierge, the pool and the best, that wonderful beach with calm waters.
