A minimalist two-story house of 150 m2 with unique architecture. It is in the middle of a native forest, with a completely unobstructed view of the valley. It has a large tinaja, a living/dining room with an open kitchen, a triple-height entrance hall, two large master bedrooms, super king beds, heating with a pellet stove, terraces on two levels, a gas grill, and Starlink Wi-Fi. To get up, you need a 4x4. If you don't have a car, it can be parked downstairs and we'll take you up. *Tinaja with an additional charge. *We offer massages!

Newly remodeled house, very practical and comfortable. With many different spaces and an incredible view of the sea and the river mouth. Spread over 3 floors: first floor (indoor and outdoor barbecue area, living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, laundry room); second floor (living/dining room, kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom); third floor (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). It has a swimming pool and central heating. Heating is charged separately. The pool is close to trees, so it may have some leaves in it.

Located in a quiet and secluded area, within walking distance of supermarkets and restaurants. Fully equipped and very comfortable, with everything you need for your stay. To access the house, you have to climb a staircase from the parking lot. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The Buried House (La Casa Enterrada)

The "buried house" is the second project of the new touristic center called "Centinela de Matanzas". The name of the house comes from its exclusive design, It was built underground in a natural ravine to find a balance between the view of the sea and its surroundings, visually polluting as little as possible. The "burried house" has 110 square meters built on two floors embedded in a natural ravine and a terrace of 50 square meters above at 100 meters over the sea level.

A spectacular house in Tunquen, Bosquemar Condominium on a 5000 sq. meter plot surrounded by a spectacular forest, for 6 people, fully equipped, very cozy modern architecture that blends in with the environment through spaces that are integrated with the exterior, large terrace with swimming pool and gazebo. Parking inside the plot. The condominium is very safe, with controlled access and security guards day and night. The plot has its own caretaker.

Altagua Loft - Matanzas, Cuba

One-bedroom loft, it has a bathroom and the living room has a comfortable sofa bed. It has a spacious and high-rise atmosphere. Views of the countryside, sea and other houses in the area. It has a charcoal grill for barbecues and a nice hot tub with a wood-burning boiler.
