Monthly Rentals in Valley City

Upstairs apartment in a quaint older home across from our favorite candle/gift shop! Located close to the picturesque Medina Square with a small-town feel of cute shops and restaurants. But also with other various shopping options, restaurants and everything you need within a short driving distance of the home.

We had a great stay for our girls weekend. The house was a great location - comfortable, clean, easy to walk to many shop and restaurants in the Medina square. The host was very responsive with clear instructions. We also really appreciated that the host allowed us to reschedule to this date when our group was unable to attend due to COVID earlier in the year. Highly recommend!

This apartment was perfect for my 3 week stay in the area. The kitchen is small, clean, and completely functional. The living/dining area provides several comfortable options for hanging out. I worked from the dining table and was very comfortable. Internet was stable. Bathroom, again clean and met all needs. In the bedroom I was able to make adjustments for comfort and the rooms were generally quiet. There was a little noise in the morning from cars idling to get warm, but this was easily diffused with ear plugs (note I'm sensitive noise so this may not be a concern for many folks!). For longer stays, the garbage was very easy and I know laundry is available but I did mine at family's while visiting with them, so no notes about laundry. There was always a parking spot. Michelle was totally and completely responsive to any question, she was always friendly and available. And of course the location is perfect with good walks, restaurants, grocery store, gas station, all within walking!

This was my 7th or 8th time staying here. I always try to book it when I'm in the area. Perfect for just one person or a couple. Cozy and feel right at home.
