Estuvimos muy a gusto porque la distribución de la casa es perfecta. Una lástima que fuimos en invierno y no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina. Comunicación muy buena con el contacto que teníamos. Muy buena relación calidad precio. 100% recomendable

Nos hemos alojado varios días, yo y mi pareja, en una de las casitas, y hemos disfrutado de una estancia súper agradable en un lugar precioso y cuidado. Tania y Manu han estado atentos a todo, y además son super simpáticos. Volveremos! muchas gracias por todo 💕

A spacious modern villa with a great amenities and well equipped kitchen. The living room is very spacious and includes a huge smart TV. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great. There is a fantastic pool which is heated and also has Jacuzzi functions. The outdoor area is very spacious. The villa is not overlooked and so provides excellent privacy. The outdoor kitchen was a bonus. Emelita and Mark were extremely friendly and met us at check-in to explain everything, and they always responded quickly to any questions. I would definitely recommend this villa. We hope to return later in the year.

Estábamos buscando un lugar por la zona y nos encantó! estuvimos como en casa, todo muy espacioso y nuevo!

Die kleine Doppelhaushälfte ist wunderschön eingerichtet und verfügt über eine kleine Terrasse mit Blick auf Zitronenbäume. Die Unterkunft war großzügig für zwei Personen und komplett ausgestattet. Alles war sehr gepflegt und gemütlich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Sauberkeit sowie den Insektenschutz an den Fenstern . Über die Parkmöglichkeit unseres Autos neben dem Haus haben wir uns auch sehr gefreut. Ismael war immer erreichbar und hat uns einen guten Restaurant-Tipp gegeben. Das Restaurant konnte man in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Das Restaurant liegt jedoch nicht direkt in der Innenstadtnähe von Murcia, genauso wie die Unterkunft, aber mit dem Auto ist Murcia schnell und sicher erreichbar. Wir haben hier ein paar entspannte Tage verbracht, weil das eingeschossige Haus nicht hellhörig ist und man nur einen Nachbarn hat. Wir mussten uns schon einen Wecker stellen, um etwas vom Tag zu haben.

probablement el millor Airbnb on hem estat. El pis és preciós, està molt ciudat i et sents com a casa. La ubicació és perfecte per anar caminant a tot arreu i hi ha parling gratiut a 10min caminant. Ha estat un plaer poder trobar un pis i una anfitriona tant bons. Tornariem sense dubtarho!

El alojamiento estuvo muy bien. El espacio es tal como se muestra en las fotos: limpio, bien organizado, acogedor y con muy buena luz natural. Fue una estancia agradable. Solo notamos, en ciertos momentos, un olor algo extraño, lo cual nos llevó a mantener las ventanas abiertas con frecuencia. Sin embargo, en general, todo estuvo muy bien. Gracias por todo.

Cristina es una súper anfitriona, amable, educada y siempre atenta. El apartamento estaba limpio, ordenado y coincide con la descripción y las fotos, incluso lo supera. Cristina nos dejó entrar antes de la hora prevista y nos explicó con todo detalle cómo acceder al apartamento y el resto de instalaciones. El spa un lujo añadido, urbanización muy tranquila, nos hemos quedado un día más y por supuesto volveremos a reservarlo en breve. Muchísimas gracias.

From booking, Diego was very helpful and clearly communicated with us. We had told him we were on our honeymoon and he arranged a small surprise for us from the bakery which was very kind and very much appreciated! There was a small issue with check-in due to the previous guests, but it was handled quickly and we were informed ahead of time. The A/C units had been replaced shortly before we arrived, and so the manual had not been updated, and Diego was thankful we had pointed it out. Incase you have forgotten to pack the essential toiletries, Diego has it all provided for you to take as you need. The kitchen is also very good and comes with pots and pans, and other essentials (as well as a dishwasher). The flat is located on the top floor, but thankfully there is a lift for the days you can't manage the stairs! The parking garage is very convenient, however the space is a little tight as it is against a wall. Overall, we had a very good stay and Diego was an excellent host!

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Nuestra estancia fue estupenda. Jose Luis fue muy amable, y se mostró muy colaborador con el tema de los horarios de llegada y salida. La casa está impecable, y además él tiene el detalle de dejar una compra básica que facilita mucho la llegada. Todo fenomenal

O Sr.Manuel foi muito prestativo e compreensivo desde o início. O alojamento correspondeu às nossas expectativas. O que tornou a nossa estadia mais agradável foi a amabilidade dos proprietários, com ajuda em todas as nossas questões sobre a área envolvente e como podíamos deslocar naquela zona. Recomendamos e esperamos voltar num próxima oportunidade.

Wow! After spending a week here visiting a friend this place was great and had everything I needed and more. The place was spotless, great location as was right by the pool and wasn’t too far of a walk to the main square which allowed you to cool off from the Spanish sun at night! Entire place is well furnished with all the amenities you could need for a stay here for both short and long stays. Furniture is modern and well maintained and the roof terrace is incredible and plenty of seating if you were to host an evening here. Will definitely be booking here again if I come back. Really lovely apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay very much , Gloria and Jaime are the perfect hosts, meeting us when we arrived and explaining about the property. The apartment overlooks a super little marina where you can hire SUP’s, or get a lesson on how to use one. Added entertainment when the instructors have a group booking and have to show how to wind sail, kayak and paddle board. Really fun stay in Alicante.

First Airbnb experience. Could not fault anything especially the communication. The description was spot on. We had a great time in Alicante and decided on the way home that the ACCOMMODATION was the best thing about the whole holiday 😀

Boendet var väldigt bra och Miriam var mycket hjälpsam både före och under vår vistelse. Boendet var väldigt fint och hade allt man behövde. Stranden utanför lägenheten är toppen och det fanns många bra restauranger nära. Stort plus med padelbana och pool på boendet. Jag hade verkligen rekommenderat detta boende!
