Failure to comply will result in the immediate abandonment of the accommodation and a fine of 300€: - People who have not previously provided identification are not allowed to enter the accommodation or the building (if there are going to be more guests, you ONLY need to provide their PERSONAL INFORMATION after booking so that we have a record of them). - No parties or events. - It is not allowed to make noise or speak loudly after 11:00 PM (this is due to the fact that the windows in the bedrooms of our building face the terrace of the unit and a high tone can cause inconvenience to the neighbors). - Smoking is not allowed inside the unit.
