Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Valkenburg aan de Geul

Had a very nice two week stay. Close to town, yet rural and private. Wonderful garden to sit outside and relax in. Well equipped kitchen and amenities. Great access to natural beauty of the south Limburg region. Great spot to enjoy cycling through rolling hills and quaint farming towns. Astrid communicated regularly to ensure I had everything I needed.

It was just great, the communication went smoothly. Unfortunately, the drain was clogged during the stay, but this was resolved immediately and without any issues. In addition, Froukje asked if the handyman was ready to clean anything else. Very accommodating! Overall a wonderful time, we will be happy to come back :)

Cutest little townhome! We loved the area around the home (walking trails, cute little local restaurant) and so close and easy to valkenburg. Hosts were so kind, everything was spotless. Hosts Helped us jump our car when it wouldn’t start on a cold morning! What a perfect getaway. AND amazing pastry as a welcome gift.

Very cozy house, with all facilities such as at home. Ideal for children, with plenty of bedrooms, high chairs, toys, baby cot,... smooth communication with Bas, very friendly and helpful. The kids really enjoyed taking care of Mia the cat, but it doesn't bother you at all. We can recommend it to anyone!

We had a lovely weekend at Marion and Greetje's Airbnb. The apartment is clean, large and equipped with all the comforts. The area is beautiful and there is much to do. We would definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful vacation home. The house was not only very spacious and tidy, but it also offered a breathtaking view. Communication with the hostess went smoothly and clearly, which made the stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended for a relaxing family weekend!

Together with our son of 1.5 years we stayed in Scheulder. A perfect base for our bike rides through the Limburg hills. Annemarie and Roland were friendly, available and helpful. Everything was ready in the cottage to make it easy for us. Pros: spacious cottage, private outdoor area, very friendly hosts and a nice bathroom. Cons: The church bell strikes every half hour (also at night) and the bedrooms had no separate doors which made it quite noisy. But.. We will be happy to come back!

François took great care of us. He is friendly and always available. Before arrival, he even asked specifically if we had any special requests. The place is great and you can reach Valkenburg or Maastricht quickly by car. Valkenburg is also within walking distance. The property is highly recommended. A really cozy house. There was nothing missing.

A great place to stay!!! Very close the main attractions in the area. At the same time, the apartment is very private and quiet! Nicole is a wonderful host!!!

We had a very nice weekend and enjoyed the nice space! Everything was in order and everything was thought of (even charging notes were provided). The fridge was also fully stocked and we enjoyed an overwhelming breakfast 2x. At the market were nice eateries and place for a drink. Highly recommended!

We had a huge good time here. In a quiet location and so near Valkenburg and Maastricht. Good contact in advance and the flexibility in the arrival time was great! Plus an excellent price-quality ratio. We have nothing to complain about :)

Very lovely apartment. Perfect for a short trip to Maastricht. It is a bit outside the city centre but in walking distance. The apartment was clean and the bed super comfortable! I enjoyed my stay there and can totally recommend it!

Lovely home where everything you need is present. Nice bed, good shower and well equipped kitchen. The terrace and the covered dining table are domiciled with good weather. We ate outside every day, more dog Ares as a company. Edgar checked regularly if that was okay; we liked it very much.

Beautiful apartment in one of the most beautiful streets of Maastricht. Everything is within walking distance, facilities very nice. Occasionally what stumbles from the upstairs neighbors (for the difficult sleepers good to bring earplugs) but that also belongs to an old apartment. Communication was easy and fast and apartment is light and spacious. In short: repeatable!

We had a very nice weekend in Valkenburg. Chantal is a very nice host with a beautiful apartment. She responds quickly, has nice suggestions to do in the area and the room, kitchen, bathroom hall and bedroom were very neat and especially very clean. We couldn't ask for a better 1st time booking through Airbnb.

We loved our stay at Saskia’s Airbnb. It was exactly as pictured in the photos on the listing and was comfortable and cozy for our 2 night stay. The location was great, about 10-15 minute scenic walk to city center. As other mentions, plenty of restaurants and cafes around. We had an AMAZING dinner at Michelin Restaurant Danyel around the corner.

It is beautiful apartment with comfortable beds, good kitchen, and spacious and comfortable sitting area. The apartment is only a short walk from the centre of Maastricht with its restaurants and cafes, and an even shorter walk to the grocery stores. We had a great stay. Thanks!

Had a great time. We don't like modern super neatly decorated. This was just a nice space decorated in her own way. But everything good and clean Nice and easy to reach by bus and the supermarket across the street. Everything is walkable and also a corner eatery
