THE JACUZZI IS AVAILABLE FROM APRIL TO OCTOBER. NO EXCEPTIONS. Outside this period, the jacuzzi is winterized and cannot be used, even upon request. Le Vert Paysage-adults only is a cottage combining charm and modernity, located at the foot of the Hautes Fagnes, close to the town of Malmedy. The Standing Hare - Francorchamps

This modern, comfortable house will delight you with its facilities (infrared sauna, jacuzzi, electric charging point, air conditioning, open fire, etc.). Renovated to a high standard, it has a garden with a pétanque court and uninterrupted views over the valley. We prefer arrivals on Thursday or Friday, but please contact us for any other dates. Events causing a nuisance are prohibited. No disturbance during the day or at night will be tolerated.

Have the privilege of staying in our cottage without neighbors in the heart of the countryside in a quiet setting and in a warm atmosphere, ideal for recharging your batteries. A pond is present and can be crossed with a pedal boat in summer. It is essential to come with a vehicle equipped with snow tires in case of snow. WE ARE LOCATED 1.3 KM FROM THE RACETRACK, RACES GENERATE NOISE THAT CAN EXCEED 118 db FROM APRIL TO NOVEMBER.
