The apartment, which is set up as a loft, is beautifully designed and finished with beautiful and durable materials. You can use the lovely natural swimming pool that is available in summer and winter, located in the large (shared) garden. Cosy B&B with garden view (private unit).

Our B&B is situated in a private unit in our peaceful backyard. We've always loved (re)building and decorating and love being able to share this passion with our guests through our homely B&B. You'll find all facilities (private bathroom, kitchinette, upstairs bedroom) and can open the French doors to enjoy the (shared) garden. In 2019, we completely renovated a part of our monumental farmhouse into a beautiful farmhouse; Hoeve de Bies. Hoeve de Bies has all the comforts. So you can enjoy a delicious breakfast with various homemade products. Due to its location, Hoeve de Bies is the ideal base for exploring the beautiful surroundings. So you can shop, and experience culture in Valkenburg and Maastricht. In addition, there are beautiful cycling and hiking routes to explore the Heuvelland.

Atmospheric home in historic center

In the Jekerkwartier, close to the city center, in one of the oldest parts of the city where the river "Jeker" runs under the state, is our very quiet house. By means of a narrow staircase, you reach the 2nd floor where the kitchen, living room, toilet and the first bedroom with two single beds are located. On the 4th floor, you will find the second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom without toilet but with walk-in shower, two sinks and a washing machine.

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Delicious coffee via a Nespresso coffee maker. Interesting discount when booking for a week or month.

Downstairs you will find a complete kitchen and a modern bathroom with a spacious shower. An elegant, quiet hide-away where comfort, charm and privacy come together. Het Kloppend Hart: Yurt

Romance and comfort Staying in our heated yurt is a unique experience. A wonderful place, an oasis of peace on our nice property. A lovely bed, a nice atmosphere, silence and waking up to the chirping of the birds... You have the opportunity to book our wellness separately for the evening from 7 pm. The cost for this, from February 1, is €70. The Jacuzzi and sauna can also be rented separately for €45 per night.
