The very attentive hosts with everything, we had a flexible schedule on arrival, their son welcomed us and explained everything clearly, they sent us info of places to know and how to get there, the place is very close to micros/super/parks and the terminal apart from being a quiet sector. The house is very clean and tidy, equipped with everything you need for two people. Very grateful for how attentive they were asking if we needed anything and in leaving our luggage on the last day, any questions we had answered as soon as possible, it certainly exceeded our expectation and we will return at another opportunity

Incredible! Beautiful apartment, really well-equipped, Carlos left us absolutely everything, we even had laundry detergent! Everything was very neat and clean, the apartment is in a great location and has a beautiful view, we loved it! In addition, Carlos was super nice and friendly, he gave us all the directions and explained things to us with great patience! Very kind.

the place was just like in the photos, on our arrival I wait for us with the stove loaded with wood and everything clean , tidy and adequate space to rest and be with family. They had several details that highlighted the cabin.

The house was well-equipped, with more than you usually find in a normal accommodation. It's pretty inside. It has a good quality washer and dryer, which helped us as a family. The surroundings are peaceful. The details are that the parking entrance is a bit steep and narrow for the car, but nothing that can't be solved by entering carefully. And the place in general is away from the center, but it is in a quiet neighborhood. Overall, I recommend it.

This was a great place to stay. Largest home I've been in while in Chile. Well located. Felt totally safe. Modern and up-to-date. Clean, spacious, airy. There are gathering spaces on both levels of the house. We were a group of 4 and had plenty of privacy. We also loved that there was a washer/dryer combo that was available to use. The best thing though was the responsiveness of Laura to our questions about getting in, recommendations and then what to do on leaving. Thanks for a perfect stopping point in Valdivia.

Comfortable, very good stay, everything was very clean and tidy in the apartment. It has all the amenities for a good stay, just like at home. Eduardo always responded when he was written, answered questions and was very kind. Spacious and quiet place with everything you need.

Nice apartment, although small but enough for 2 people, only the shower is very narrow. It is very well located, close to all the tourist places: casino, coastal, shingle island, saval park, botanical garden, food venues, cafes, etc.

The apartment is very nice and very comfortable, everything is very clean, it is very well located surrounded by restaurants and cafes. Arrival to the building and entrance to the dpt was easy to access. It is a short walk from the bridge where the street rio passes. Definitely would come back. I recommend it.
