Its greatest advantage is the location: in a very quiet residential neighborhood, but only a block and a half from the Calle Calle Bridge and access to the Costanera, perfect for walks. Also, it's just a short walk from Jumbo supermarket. Access is independent, via a wide and safe staircase. No parking.

A bright 27m2 cabin located in the courtyard of my home on Isla Teja. It has independent access. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, with a supermarket and restaurant area nearby. It is a 10-minute walk from Saval, a 10-minute walk from Uach and 20 minutes from downtown Valdivia. The bus to the coast (Niebla) passes 5 blocks away. Tourist accommodation: it is not rented monthly at any time of the year.

The bus stop is approximately 600 meters away, so we recommend coming by car. The cabin is equipped with the comforts of a modern home and has slow-burning heating.
