It has a separate entrance and a closed parking lot is available. It also has a wonderful and spacious terrace surrounded by nature. The cabin has central heating, as well as an electric heater, a double bed, and a sofa bed.

Cozy interior apartment, ideal for a couple. It has a large bedroom with a double bed and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Its greatest advantage is the location: in a very quiet residential neighborhood, but only a block and a half from the Calle Calle Bridge and access to the Costanera, perfect for walks. Also, it's just a short walk from Jumbo supermarket. Access is independent, via a wide and safe staircase. No parking.

Located in an excellent residential neighborhood, quiet and clean, close to parks, coastal, market and direct access to the coast. Small pets are allowed, but they must bring their own bed. It is prohibited to use the beds or seating in the cabin for pets. Pets must be under supervision at all times.

A bright 27m2 cabin located in the courtyard of my home on Isla Teja. It has independent access. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, with a supermarket and restaurant area nearby. It is a 10-minute walk from Saval, a 10-minute walk from Uach and 20 minutes from downtown Valdivia. The bus to the coast (Niebla) passes 5 blocks away. Tourist accommodation: it is not rented monthly at any time of the year.

The cabin has air conditioning, stable Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and basic utensils, full bathroom and TV with Disney, HBO and Prime. No pets or smoking inside (outside only). Minimum stay: 1 night.

It is an excellent starting point for visiting the city. We are located on the urban-rural border, 12 minutes from downtown by car. The bus stop is approximately 600 meters away, so we recommend coming by car. The cabin is equipped with the comforts of a modern home and has slow-burning heating. Each guest must bring their own towels. We're waiting for you!
