Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation. Small and warm room, with the essentials to be comfortable and rested whether you come to Valdivia for vacation or work. Excellent public transportation half a block away. You are 25 minutes from downtown, 8 minutes from the Miraflores Campus and USS, 10 minutes from the Hospital Base and Dialysis Center. Cozy common areas such as a living room with TV and Netflix, garden and dining room. Includes hot water, Wi-Fi, washer-dryer.

Apartamento on second floor of a fully equipped house, independent entrance with security box, located in Isla Tja just 10 min walking from the city center, the place has 3 pieces with 3 beds (2 of 2 squares and 1 square and half) and two futon, where they can share a minimum of 6 people without problems. We have pellet heating, hot water, towels, sheets and linens. No parties are allowed in the premises as a residential neighborhood is a residential neighborhood.
