The place is beautiful, quiet and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything is well maintained and tidy. Matías was attentive to resolving our concerns. We always go to Valdivia and we know the region, we think the location is very good, the apartment is nice and the condominium is very safe. We appreciate the opportunity to spend a few days there. Anyway, we recommend Matías' accommodation, it was a pleasant experience.

I had a really nice stay. The property is a true treasure, steps from a private beach with stunning views that made every sunrise and sunset magical. The location is excellent, very close to Valdivia and a few minutes to take the ferry to Corral. The house is safe, comfortable and welcoming, which makes you feel very comfortable. However, I must mention that the area can be somewhat noisy because of the motorcycles on the road, although from sunset that ceases to be an issue. Also, the entrance to the property is a bit dangerous due to a blind curve and lack of visibility when entering. Despite these details, it was a very positive experience.

Definitely one of the best stays. The owners are homely, very friendly and you can enjoy privacy with a delicate touch as the Host, Evelyn, folds the towels artistically. Add attention to our needs and we had a great time thanks to your local recommendations. Do not hesitate to communicate with them, they are a sol! 🤗

Amazing place, very comfortable and warm house. A beautiful view, full of nature. Diego and Javi are very friendly and always willing to help. The dogs are divine. They made you want to stay there and not leave. As for The location is accurate, in the sense that it is far enough away from downtown and the noise of downtown but close enough by Uber to go out. I would just like to say that they should make more toilet paper available and of better quality so as not to be asking for it. The rest was excellent. Thank you very much, it was a good experience.

It was a pleasure to stay in the apartment. The river view in the mornings was beautiful and the place was very quiet. Very comfortable accommodation, with all the necessary serivicios for a weekend.
