This place has a perfect location. Very convenient. Javier is nice host. In the room you will find refrigerator, microwave, electrical kettle, coffee, tea. This room is light and warm ( middle of March). The bed was cozy.

The apartment is new, spacious and clean and well located. As an opportunity for improvement I would put a center table in the living room (it is necessary) and at times we heard a small noise in the nights that in the long run bothered to be in the living room or in the kitchen, a noise almost imperceptible and we thought it was from outside the apartment but then by unplugging the refrigerator we realized that it was so that since we did not handle many things in the cold we would unplug it

Beautiful apartment, just like the photos, great location, everything was within walking distance, with many cafes around, the waterfront nearby, we even walked to the botanical garden and Saval Park on Teja Island. Luis is a super host, always attentive to our questions, we really felt at home, totally recommended, we will definitely come back
