Beautiful apartment, with everything you need for 2 people. A little far away, but if you don't want to drive because of the heavy traffic, a bus arrives from downtown to very close to the apartment.

I rented this space for some colleagues who were coming for a week. The stay was very pleasant, the place is very quiet, well located and nice. It has everything you need for a several day stay. All it needs is a coffee maker.

overall the accommodation was very comfortable, warm, with minimarkets, shop and supermarket just steps away, so it could be stocked with the minimum, very easily. The distance from the center of Valdivia where there are bars and the walking market is 25 min approx. but there are micros that charge cheap and they pass on the same avenue for those who do not want to walk as much. as for the bathroom just try to duchar cortas because the water in the tank was running out quickly and we could not connect the calefont, other than that, it was everything perfect, nice, very attentive Mrs. rebeca and we loved our stay. Would come back happily!!

Everything excellent from start to finish, the apartment is impeccable with the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, good location, we easily got around by vehicle to the places of interest. Carlos and Sandra are excellent hosts. This time I communicated more with Sandra, who was always attentive to inquiries, very kind and decisive. A pleasant experience, 100% recommended

Our stay at Fabian's condo was wonderful! Fabian is so responsive through messaging. He allowed us to check in at 10 am (!!) and also let us have a late check out. The restaurants nearby are delicious (especially Mercato), and it was so nice to be a block or two from the University. His home is just like the pictures. Having Fabian be able to respond immediately to all our questions is really what made the stay perfect. Oh, the coffeehouse connected to the condo building is awesome and has long hours! Mrs. Lili's service was excellent… we almost only used it to sleep since we always ate out… but it has everything for cooking. It has a slow-burning wood boiler and an electric one... that's to keep in mind for those who are very sensitive to the cold... otherwise it's more than fine! Good location and comfortable!

This place has a perfect location. Very convenient. Javier is nice host. In the room you will find refrigerator, microwave, electrical kettle, coffee, tea. This room is light and warm ( middle of March). The bed was cozy.

Very good host, there was a problem at the Home, but we resolved it quickly and Alvaro was very attentive, of those people who care about your well-being.

Small apartment but with everything you need for a quiet stay. Loida is very friendly and with excellent disposition, they have a common space for those of us who smoke. We could walk downtown since it is relatively close, 15 minutes and 20 from the waterfront.
