Like all Earthships this house is built from natural and repurposed materials such as used automobile tires, cardboard, old cans and bottles. All electricity for the house is from solar. Casa Crucita is located in the lush grassy area that is known as the El Salto / Arroyo Seco area. The rental is a lockoff with a private entrance. Sleeps 4 adults and two small children and there are 2 bathrooms. There is a kitchenette, with many small appliances, and a BBQ with a side burner just outside your door. I am 15 minutes from the town of Taos, 15 minutes from the Taos Ski Valley and 5 minutes from Arroyo Seco.
