Vacation rentals with lake access in Valdez-Cordova

Such a beautiful location! And the landscaping was well cared for and beautiful as well. We are already thinking about making a trip back to see what it looks like in the Winter. Hosts were helpful & responsive when we asked for local suggestions for atv trails :) Unit was just as pictured and perfect for our little family of 3.

Would give more than 5 stars if we could!! Morgan and Kyle were wonderful. Friendly and welcoming, they made us feel right at home. Gorgeous place in the mountains. Close to Thompson Pass for backcountry skiing, cross country ski trails through aspen groves and rivers right from the tiny home, and homemade sourdough breakfast sandwiches ❤️ plus it’s a dog heaven! Would recommend to anyone and will absolutely be coming back!

Beautiful location, close to many trail heads. Area is off-grid, so showers/water are in shared house. For some reason, shower temperature comes out as either very hot or very cold, difficult to get a temperature in between. For sure need to bring groceries of some kind when staying as the place is so remote. Would definitely recommend to any travelers wanting to stay in Nabesna who don't have appropriate camping equipment.

The Chalet was very comfortable and cozy with all the amenities. The best part was the view of the lake and the surrounding mountains.

The place is great! Cozy cabin, the surrounding is breathtaking. We saw the northern lights from the cabin and it was amazing. If you’re coming on winter, have in mind that you’re in a remote area, come prepared for that, also the indoor bathroom is closed for winter season, but there’s a main bathroom 10 steps away from the cabin, so no big deal. Michael and Victoria were great hosts, with lots of information about the area, he even helped (saved) us with a flat tire we had; his kids provided us with wood and pumpkin cake. Great experience!

We had a great stay! Our host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He had lots of local recommendations if you were interested. The apartment itself was clean, had everything we needed, and was in great condition. Well stocked kitchen and great wifi too! We would definitely stay here again if traveling back to Cordova.
