NOTE: The storage room has electricity, but not running water or a toilet. Guests can use shower and toilet in the main house which is 30 m away. The bathroom in the main house is only used by you guests and access to the rest of the main house is closed off. There is 5 gallons of water available in the fridge. Welcome to a stylish and spacious detached house in a modern functionalist style, located in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood on beautiful Valderøya – just 15 minutes by car from Ålesund city center and 8 minutes from Ålesund Airport Vigra. Built in 2017, the home spans three floors and offers 149 square meters of well-planned space – perfect for families or groups. The house features three comfortable bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, two living rooms, and a separate laundry room.

Fugleøya Runde - cozy older farmhouse

The house is located at the end of Goksøyra with easy access to mountains and fjær. Only 30 min. walk to Fuglefjellet. It has been recently gently refurbished inside. The bathroom is brand new and is on the 1st floor. It is laid out with 6 sleeping places, but may be best suited for 4 people(2 double rooms). The third bedroom has 2 single beds. The stairs up to the bedrooms are steep. Screened patio and own garden. It takes 25 minutes to drive to the municipal center Fosnavåg.

Our place is close to Ålesund Airport. Ålesund airport. Great nature. Rural and quiet. Yet only 20 min. by car to Ålesund city center. My place is good for couples, lone travelers, and business travelers. Can also be suitable for a small family. (Extra mattresses). We can also assist with transportation to/from the airport in the late afternoon/evening. There is a 24-HOUR (Monday-Saturday) grocery store 2 km from the rental. Joker Vikane.
