A charming 19th century house with a good atmosphere. The property is beautifully situated by the sea overlooking Ålesund and the Sunnmøre Alps. Only 15 mins with a car from Ålesund city and the nearest airport, but is still a place that gives peace of mind. Outside the garden there are cultivated fields with grazing animals in late summer. The island of Giske itself is a gem with a medieval marble church, beaches, untouched nature and birdlife. The island once housed Norway's most powerful noble family, the Arnungs and is mentioned in the Snorre saga.

Walking distance to Water sports center for rent of SUP, sailing board, kayak w/equipment. You live rural, but still centrally located. Short distance to the sea, fjord, mountains and beautiful nature. 10 min from airport on Vigra, and 15 min to Jugendbyen Ålesund. -Amazing view, large terrace w/outdoor grill. 2 bedrooms w/double bed-living-kitchen loft-3 bathroom(2 m/shower). Spacious and completely newly renovated house centrally located on Haramsøy. The house appears to be very delicate and inviting. Mainland connection via Nordøyvegen, and a short distance to Ulla lighthouse. Spacious kitchen with all facilities, and spacious dining area with plenty of space for 10 people. Nice outdoor areas with room for 10 people. Spacious bedrooms with good quality bed linen and beds. 6 bicycles for free use. 2 brand new boats for rent, both with sonar (fishfinder). Newly renovated farmhouse from 1894 which has retained its unique charm and old style :) The house is located on Ulla, Haramsøy (Haram municipality), with the sea as its nearest neighbour. It is a short distance to fishing opportunities and a bathing area, and the hiking trails are right outside the kitchen door. There will also be a boat available for free use during the stay at your own risk.
