We would highly recommend David’s 2 bed apartment. We have stayed in many in Florence over the years and this is definitely one of the best . Location is super close to everything you need to see in Florence .Communication was outstanding from start to finish . We found the team to be very receptive when we had changes to arrival times due to train delay . We were met by Axel who has superb English and lots of information . The apartment and access area was spotless and very very comfortable ,great A/C . 5 Star status throughout. Very safe environment too. Book it and enjoy Fabulous Florence ❤️

Att bo hos Sumiyo var väldigt bra! Hon var enormt hjälpsam och gav oss lokala tips på aktiviteter och vad hon tyckte var sevärt. Att hon var så nära i sin kommunikation gjorde att man kände sig trygg med henne som värd! Området ligger superbra till, på ca 15 min kan du ta dig nästan överallt i staden och Florens är verkligen underbart! Vi är så glada över den här upplevelsen och över Sumiyo som värd!☺️

This was the perfect place to stay! Just minutes to the bridge leading to city center along with some fun spots right outside the door. Lots of steps but WORTH IT! The view from the terrace was great and the apartment itself was better than we could’ve asked for! Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone else planning a trip to Florence!

Our stay was beautiful! The view from the balcony (and bedroom window and shower window) is absolutely breathtaking. Sitting on the balcony and taking it in was some of our favorite parts of the stay. Everything was clean and decorated so nicely, plus their espresso machine and little cookies were great to wake up with. Location is a bit far walking distance from the center of the city, and it is uphill on the way back, but we personally loved it because it kept us on our feet during our travels and the peaceful neighborhood is worth the walk because it is so quiet and private at night. It’s right across the street from Galileo’s original home! Highly recommend this apartment :)

Wonderful apartment in Florence. The view was gorgeous. The location was perfect, close to sites and great restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great! Cristina was so friendly, responded quickly and gave us great recommendations.

Caterina’s place was immaculate. She welcomed us and showed us how to use everything and chatted to us about the area. The linen was clean, bathroom was spotless and all the smaller details were provided. I highly recommend this home for someone traveling to Florence. Thank you so much and we will be back!!!!

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

Alessandro's apartment was absolutely fantastic - clean, well equipped, quiet and so close to all the amenities. Pasquale - Alessandro's brother-in-law - met us at the apartment to check us in personally. He was thorough in going over all the amenities in the apartment and was kind enough to stock the refrigerator with both still and sparkling water as well as a bottle of prosecco. There were also Nespresso pods and tea provided which we took advantage of along with cornetos and sfogliatella purchased from Madeleine and Gino's Bakery - both within minutes of the apartment. Also so convenient to have an extensive supermarket as well as an awesome gelataria just below the apartment. Pasquale also sent over restaurant recommendations and was kind enough to book a taxi for our departure. Alessandro's apartment is a definite 5 star property that comes with 5 star service from both himself and Pasquale. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Florence!

This is a very central apartment, 15-20 minutes away from all the tourist sights. Cafes and restaurants were only a few minutes away. We really appreciated the early check in and were met by Mikela who showed us around and gave recommendations for great places to eat out at. She also offered to book taxis back to the train station. As described there are a fair few steps to get up to the apartment. But the views are absolutely worth the effort! I’d highly recommend this place if you are in Florence!

Nice place to stay near the Duomo. Close to the Train Station too, which makes it really convenient. It looks just like the pictures, nice bedroom and bathroom. Felt really safe and at home!

We loved our stay in this perfectly located apartment in the heart of Florence, just steps from the Mercato Centrale and all the must-see sights. The apartment was clean, cosy, and cool – an oasis after a day of exploring the city’s rich history and famous food culture. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and felt like a home away from home. Sabrina was a wonderful host, full of great tips and local recommendations that made our visit even more special. We can’t wait to come back!

Alessandro’s place is the real deal—a true penthouse! In the U.S., “penthouse” sometimes just means top floor, but here it means an apartment with two massive sliding glass doors that open onto a spacious private terrace. We spent afternoons soaking up the sun and evenings relaxing outside after dinner as Florence cooled down—it was perfect. The location is also super convenient, right next to a tram stop that's only three stops from the city center. We had a wonderful time in Florence and would absolutely stay here again!

We loved Tommaso’s place. * Comfortable Queen-sized bed in the single bedroom. * Great bathroom compared to many rentals - good water pressure, small but sufficient shower that doesn’t leak, toilet flushes well. * Quiet quiet quiet at night! We’d thought this was impossible to find in Florence. * Not our usual mosquito problem. * Fantastic location There were only a few drawbacks: * The queen pull-out sofa bed in the living room, if you are more than two people, means you have no couch in the living room area. * Nice kitchen but just a dorm-sized mini fridge so less appropriate if you’re planning a lot of cooking. * Tommaso was somewhat hard to get hold of. Part of this is an Airbnb problem: Forcing people to communicate via the air bnb chat makes communication very slow and difficult. Overall, loved this apartment and location! We will definitely return.

L’appartamento di Niccolò è stato perfetto per il mio soggiorno di due notti: spazioso, curato e davvero bellissimo. Si trova in una zona splendida, tranquilla, pulita ed elegante, a due passi dai Giardini Bardini – una posizione davvero ideale per godersi Firenze con calma. Un dettaglio che ho molto apprezzato è stata la grande disponibilità di Niccolò, che si è dimostrato super flessibile rispetto alle mie esigenze lavorative, permettendomi di attaccarmi a una presa e utilizzare la connessione Internet fin da subito. L’appartamento era già pronto all’arrivo, anche prima dell’orario previsto, il che è stato comodissimo. Tornerò sicuramente! Consigliatissimo! 🙏🏾♥️

We loved that this apartment was close to the historic part of Florence with parking and a washing machine so that we could do our laundry half way through our trip. Lorenzo's place is close enough to the historic sites that you can either walk or take a taxi like we often did for around $15-18 Euro. We recommend using the AppTaxi App for Florence. Our favorite thing about Lorenzo's place came as a total surprise, and that is the black out electric blinds which allowed for really restful (and cool) sleep! We could close the blinds in the morning, turn off the A/C, and when we got back in the evenings, it was still cool in the apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay in this flat. The house was clear, the neighbourhood was peaceful and the hosts were very helpful. A true gem in the centre of Florence. If you want to live a luxury experience in Florence, I highly recommend this place.

A huge thanks to Rosella for hosting us in her amazing apartment. Very central location within walking distance to Ponte Vecchio and many local attractions. The private terrace with the Palazzo Vecchio overlooking was perfect for breakfast or late evening watching the sun set with a few drinks. The apartment was spotless clean and very much as described. We were met by our very friendly host at the apartment whom welcomed and showed us around the apartment. We stayed as two couples and a perfect place to stay - I would very much recommend Rosella and her apartment.

Massimiliano takes pride in his home and history and goes above and beyond to welcome you. We felt right at home, beds were comfortable and large bathrooms were a plus. We didn’t use the kitchen to cook but it appeared well stocked. The location is very nice, safe, easily reachable by bus and walkable to all major sites. We enjoyed our stay and we enjoyed the authenticity of Massimiliano’s home and beautiful city.

Luciano's rooftop apartment was impeccably clean and well-appointed - with such ammenities as AC, dishwasher and standard sized refrigerator. Everything is in a beautiful and new condition. There are 3 places to sleep with the rooftop living room being my favorite. There is a second rooftop terrace on the other side of the apartment overlooking the city. In all, it provides a 360 degree view of beautiful Florence! Luciano is friendly and responsive and savvy with the technology of translating messages. He has a map on the wall sharing the best nearby restos, bus lines, etc. Very helpful. It was a lovely experience and we hope to return to Luciano's place when we return to Florence next time!

Muy buen lugar para hospedarse, las fotos coinciden totalmente con el lugar, está muy cerca de la estación de tren, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

From booking to checking out, things could not have been smoother. Everything was as described and Alessandra was a very responsive and reasonable host. The area was also fantastic- 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and the restaurants and bars in the small Piazza five minutes’ walk away were excellent. Hope to return soon!

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
