Sehr schöne Unterkunft um abzuschalten und sich zu erholen. Saša Ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und Gut zu erreichen. Unterkunft passt zur Beschreibung bietet alles was man braucht. Ich persönlich war sehr zufrieden und könnte mir vorstellen nochmal dort einen Urlaub zu verbringen

Cosy, comfortable apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, ideally situated for exploring Pula, Fazana and the surrounding area. We enjoyed our stay here and Sanja was an ideal host: friendly, helpful and with lots of useful recommendations for places to visit, restaurants, etc.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Wir sind sehr herzlich von Ilija und Ljublica empfangen worden und fühlten uns von Anfang an Zuhause. Die vielen Kleinikgeiten aus dem Garten schätzten wir sehr! Das Haus und die Lage ist perfekt um den Strand, Restaurants, kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft im Dorf und die Bäckerei zu Fuss zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für den unvergesslichen Aufenthalt!

We would highly recommend staying at Matteo's place. It's a beautiful house that was so we'll equipped. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need and we cooked for 5 on a couple of nights with ease. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were some really nice touches, like slippers in the rooms and the welcome hamper was a real treat. All in all, a wonderful stay with a beautiful pool in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

Wir waren Ende Mai 2025 bei Denis zu Gast und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Alles war genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben – modern, sehr sauber und in einem neuwertigen Zustand. Die Lage ist top: Der gepflegte Strand ist in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, was unseren Urlaub noch entspannter gemacht hat. Wir hatten eine rundum schöne und erholsame Zeit ohne jegliche negativen Erfahrungen. Es gab absolut nichts auszusetzen – und wir kommen mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit wieder! Vielen Dank, Denis, für die tolle Unterkunft!

Perfect Workation Spot with Amazing Hospitality! We had an incredible stay at Oliver's place! The accommodation was clean, stylish, and super comfortable – everything we needed for a relaxing and productive visit. We were doing a workation, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected and get work done without any issues. It was the perfect balance of work and leisure. The pool was definitely a highlight – clean, refreshing, and a great way to unwind after work hours. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality of our host. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. We received honey snaps and fresh picked cherries. One two evenings, we even grilled together with the host, which was such a fun and unexpected highlight. It felt like staying with friends rather than just booking a place. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

Es waren super schöne knapp 4 Tage in dieser tolle Wohnung! Die Wohnung sieht wirklich noch besser aus als auf den Fotos 👌 es war alles was man braucht vorhanden. Das Bett war recht bequem👍 wir haben uns zu dritt super wohl gefühlt. Unsere Tochter (6 J.) hatte auch Platz zum Spielen 😄 auf dem Balkon. Der ist riesig 🤩 Das Meer ist nun in Max. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Der Laden ist um die Ecke. Sehr schöne Gegend. Preis-Leistung Verhältnis ist super! Sogar übertrafen unsere Erwartungen👍 die Besitzer der Wohnung sind super nett und freundlich . Kommen gerne nochmal😊

Pobyt tutaj był wspaniały! Gospodarz był bardzo gościnny, elastyczne godziny zameldowania, kontakt bardzo dobry a ponadto pozwolono nam zostać do wieczora w obiekcie. W basenie krystalicznie czysta woda, okolica spokojna-wokół bardzo zielono, a to wszystko sprawiło, że wyjazd był wyjątkowo udany. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i z pewnością jeszcze tam wrócimy jadąc na Chorwację!

Kan varmt anbefale at booke hos Nada. Lejligheden var super fin, dejligt med pool til og gåafstand til stranden. Nada var meget imødekommende og kom med gode anbefalinger :-)

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und genau wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super! sehr gute Wohnung, ausreichend groß für 3 Personen. Man teilt sich den tollen Pool mit einer weiteren Wohnung, welche bei uns allerdings größtenteils frei war (Anfang der Saison) somit war es wie ein Privatpool! Dorijano und seine Frau Meri waren sehr nett und haben uns freundlich begrüßt. Die Kommunikation über AirBnb ging sehr schnell und die Kommunikation vor Ort auf Englisch war super einfach. Danke noch einmal für den entspannten Urlaub und natürlich auch für den Kuchen, den es als Überraschung am Pool gab ;)

We had a great stay at Tea’s apartment. Everything was immaculate. The apartment was perfectly placed for the city- could walk to everything easily. Apartment well equipped with everything you need/. We enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony. Communication was brilliant- lots of recommendations for places to eat/things to see. Would definitely return.

The moment you open the front door you have a view of the bay right through the apartment. Unforgettable. The apartment is well furnished, tastefully decorated and has all you need for a few days at the seaside. A big mall is in walking distance with EV chargers in the park house. Free of charge. Great.

Sanja was very nice and gave us many recommendations. The flat is very spacious and the interior and equipment of very high quality so I think one could even cook there properly unlike in most Airbnbs. Everything needed was provided. Free parking in front of the house was very useful. There is a supermarket very close by and the centre with the amphitheatre can be reached by a short walk. The street for going to Premantura is also close by. It's also rather quiet, we slept with open window. Highly recommended.

Ivana szállásán a kilátás pazar. Az apartman patyolattiszta, hosszabb időre is alkalmas. Mi 3 éjszakát voltunk hárman. A főzéshez, étkezéshez elegendő eszköz áll rendelkezésre. Mikro, vasaló, mosógép, mosogatógép, tűzhely megtalálható a szálláson. Az ágy puha, de kényelmes, nagyon jól aludtam, az ágynemű tiszta, finom illatú volt. A part sétatávolságra van. Mi autóval voltunk, így Pula belvárosa sincs messze. Ha Pulába utazunk biztos visszatérünk!

Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber, gute Ausstattung, einfach zu finden und Ksenija ist eine sehr proaktive Gastgeberin.

I had a wonderful stay at Jasna's place! The accommodation was incredibly clean and cozy, making us feel right at home. Jasna was a fantastic host, always available to answer any questions and ensure our stay was comfortable. Wir hatten eine wahnsinnig tolle Zeit in dem wunderschönen Ort Rovinj und die Wohnung von Andrew ist wirklich geräumig und gemütlich ausgestattet! Die Lage in der Grisia Gasse ist unschlagbar und die Aussicht auf die Altstadt aus allen Fenstern und auch vom süßen kleinen Balkon ist zauberhaft. Die Anreise mit dem Elektroauto und das Parken außerhalb der Altstadt war unkompliziert und gut organisiert. Wir werden Andrews Gastfreundschaft definitiv noch einmal in Anspruch nehmen.

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.
