Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Relax with your family in this cozy place to stay. Within this accommodation there is also a spacious, about 200 m2, enclosed and fenced yard. Access to the courtyard is only possible for guests of this accommodation. It is very suitable for small children and pets. The apartment is located in a quiet street about 300 m from all amenities (beach, market, center of Fazana)- Nearby there is a beautiful promenade that stretches 7 km along the sea and beaches to which access is free.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, the city center (3 km) and the airport (10 km). The apartment is located just 350 m to the most beautiful beaches. Restaurants, supermarket, beach bars, leisure facilitiec, etc. are within the walking distance. Free WI-FI, TV with several international TV channels and air conditioning are provided. Pets are allowed.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Over a hundred years old, Golden Oldie house is situated only one block away from the Amphitheatre. Its interior has been completely renovated and refurbished in 2021. Centrally located, the house is only 5 - 10 minutes walking distance from bars, pubs and restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, banks, ATMs, green and fish markets and the harbour.
