Apartments Marija are located near the largest Istrian city, Pula, in a small town called Štinjan (5 km). In the town there are very special, indigenous, private houses with gardens and greenery. There are two grocery stores, a school, kindergartens, a church. In the immediate vicinity there are several restaurants and bars on the coast, which is a 10-minute walk away. The place is very quiet and pleasant for a vacation. In the house, on the floor, lives Nona Marija, who is a very good and cordial host. Welcome.

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
