You can expect an very pleseant area for spending your vacation, the apartment is 50 m from restaurant, 400 m from the supermarket, 400 m from beach, 1000 m from center of the city, 300m from bus station. Valbandon is a tourist town located on the southern coast of Istria and the fact that it is very close to Pula and the “Bi Village” camp, this is the perfect destination for families with children. Also, the vicinity of the Brijuni National Park, consisting of 13 small and 2 large islands, make it an attractive tourist destination. Brijuni National Park is one of the most beautiful national phenomena where you can experience the fantastic cohesion of human, plant and animal life. Valbandon offers a special advantage for small children in its long pebble beaches which are ideal for children’s play, while the thick pine tree forest guarantees fresh air in the hot summer days.

For rent a new and modern apartment for 4-5 in Fazana near the beach with two bedrooms, one bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. Our guests have a very well equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc. A large living room with air conditioning and TV. From the living room you come to the beautiful balcony where you can enjoy the days and evenings. The bathroom has a shower, towels, soap, shampoo, etc

Hello dear guest:) me and my mom are superhosts for 12 years and love working with tourists and meeting them in our house. Sun studio app is situated in a a very nice, safe, green and quiet area, just 10 min. by foot from the city center. The best beaches are just 5 minutes away by car from the house and beaches all have free parking. Free safe P in the dead end street is included too. Bakery and small local market is very close, supermarkets like Kaufland and Lidl are 5 minutes away by foot.
