Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Val-de-Marne

We had a very pleasant 5 nights! The place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to groceries and metro and within 30 minutes of the main sightseeing spots in Paris. The co-host, Raphael, was very friendly, responsive and helpful and told us how to get to the place and even let us check in early! The place is cozy with all the amenities and would highly recommend it.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung rundum genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – von der gut ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu bequemen Betten. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Terrasse, ideal zum Frühstücken oder abends ein Glas Wein genießen. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich und hilfsbereit – bei Fragen oder Wünschen wurde sofort reagiert. Wir können diese Unterkunft weitet empfehlen!

Nice stay in Isabelles apartment. Clean, beautiful, big balcony. Communication was fast and fine. Isabelle was quite helpful. Make sure that you read the information carefully. It is not Paris but you are downtown within 10 min by train. Nice bakeries in the aera!

Die Wohnung ist eine Oase in der Stadt. Wir haben uns mit zwei kleinen Kindern sehr sicher gefühlt und die Ruhe nach dem Ausflug in die Stadt genossen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Für die Kinder war alles notwendige und Spielzeug vorhanden. Die Metro ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, von dort fährt man ca 20 Minuten zu Notre Dame und weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die schönen, gemütlichen Terrassen! Mit einem Frühstück vom Supermarkt unten im Haus ein toller Start in den Tag. Direkt an der nächsten Ecke ist ein Park mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Also perfekt für eine Familie, um Stadt und Spiel zu verbinden. Aber auch ohne Kinder sehr schön, es gibt 3 Arbeitsplätze für mobiles Arbeiten! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sonia a été une super hôtesse, une très grande réactivité pour la moindre question. En ce qui concerne les instructions d'arrivée et de séjour c'est juste parfait, photos, vidéos explicatives, tout est très bien expliqué. L'emplacement est très calme de quoi bien se reposer, tout ça pour un prix abordable, merci beaucoup !

Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

Everything was very good. Good apartment for the money. Convenient and cheap (2.5 euros) to get to the center of Paris without transfers on one metro line. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the metro. Very responsive owner. He responded to all our requests and questions quickly and in a friendly manner. We will definitely come back again. We didn't have time to see everything in a week!

Séjour parfait dans une maison impeccable, propre et très bien équipée. L’endroit est calme, agréable et conforme à l’annonce. Le propriétaire est très réactif. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Un cocon propre, bien équipé et apaisant Séjour vraiment top dans ce logement situé dans un quartier calme et reposant, parfait pour souffler tout en restant à proximité de Paris. On s’est sentis tout de suite chez nous grâce à une propreté impeccable et un équipement ultra complet : serviettes, produits de bain, vaisselle, cuisine fonctionnelle, lave-linge, et même un piano pour les artistes en vadrouille — le détail qui fait toute la différence. Le logement est bien pensé, bien entretenu, et idéal pour se poser quelques jours. Seul petit bémol : le stationnement peut être un peu galère si vous avez un gros véhicule (comme c’était le cas pour nous), donc mieux vaut anticiper ou venir en plus petit modèle si possible. Sinon, rien à redire. Hôte réactif, ambiance sereine, et un vrai sentiment de confort. Un endroit que je recommande les yeux fermés, et où je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. We had a wonderful stay at Fatiha’s apartment! Our family of six adults felt very comfortable—the space is incredibly spacious and well laid out. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and both the air conditioning and water heater worked perfectly throughout our stay. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big bonus for us. Overall, we were very happy and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

Une de nos meilleures expériences Airbnb! La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût, très fonctionnelle et l’environnement très calme. Idéal avec nos deux jeunes enfants. Nous étions inquiets que le lit bébé puisse rentrer dans une des chambres et Frédéric a pris le temps de mesurer la place disponible et de pousser le lit avant notre arrivée. D’ailleurs Frédéric est vraiment un super hôte : réactif, intéressant et généreux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir! Désormais ce sera notre point de chute lors de nos prochaines venues à Paris!

Excellent accueil d'Elisabeth, sympathique et chaleureux. L'appartement est propre, correspond parfaitement à la description et aux photos. Il est situé dans une résidence calme, paisible et sécurisée. La place de parking dans la résidence est un plus indéniable. Je recommande +++

Die Lage war sehr ruhig, ganz nahe von DER U-BAHN. Selbst die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es war alles dabei, was man braucht. Einziger Minuspunkt war die Dusche.

Nossa viagem foi incrível, e a Françoise contribuiu muito para isso, adoramos o apartamento, a localização por ser próxima a estação do metrô e por ter tudo na frente (mercado, farmácia, padaria, …). As fotos correspondem ao imóvel e a anfitriã muito rápida para responder e muito atenciosa.

Antoine was very helpful in setting us up for our stay. The apartment is clean, and beautifully decorated, with a lot of techy equipment. The apartment had all the amenities and utensils we needed.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions.
