I had a wonderful stay at Charles’ place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great — close to everything I needed and easy to get around. Charles was a welcoming and thoughtful host, always responsive and kind. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests having a great experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This place is a real BIG favorite! In addition to being secure, spacious, bright and quiet, it has the distinction of being made available to us by a considerate host, full of kindness and delicacy who does not hesitate, when possible, to adjust the check-in and check-out times indicated to better meet the needs of the tenant. This place is simply FANTASTIC. The location is perfect--2" from Metro, downstairs dozens of restaurants and cafes, so you're in a part of Paris that is lively but not overwhelmed by tourists. Everywhere I ate and shopped I heard others speak French 98% of the time. Then the flat itself is SO wonderful. I presume it was renovated as everything inside looked and worked great, which is unusual for most centrally located places in major cities in Europe (this was part of a six week trip so I stayed in a lot of flats). The flat is decorated well, still feels personal (e.g., many of owner's books are there), and has everything one might need. I saw the closet had lots of extra blankets etc, though what was the bed for a relatively chilly March was enough. The set-up was as nice as a hotel while giving one a full one-bedroom + living room. When I'm next in Paris as a couple, I would want to book this place again! It's just GREAT. Also, Bernard let me both check-in early and check-out late

We had such a great stay at Loic’s place! It was perfect for our family of four — our kids (10 and 13) loved it just as much as we did. The sofa bed was way more comfy than we expected too, which was a nice bonus. We walked to most of the main sights, and the metro was super close, so getting around was really easy. One of my favorite parts was the big windows and the balcony — we could hear the sounds of Paris in the mornings and at night when the windows were open. Sitting out there with a coffee or a glass of wine felt like a dream! We also loved the sound system and projector — it was super easy to hook up Netflix or Spotify and just chill. Loic was awesome with communication and always quick to reply. We’d definitely love to come back again soon!

St Germain is the best place to stay in Paris and this apartment was in a great location! Surrounded by shops and restaurants and super convenient to everything you'd want to do and see. The apartment is bright and beautiful, and the terrace with a partial view of the Tour Eiffel was a lovely bonus. Having a kitchen and washer/dryer was a big bonus as well. The only con was the comfort of the furniture and bed, but you don't go to Paris to lounge around!

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. There's nothing missing from this charming pavilion. Spacious, tastefully appointed, it can accommodate a family. Located in a quiet area, rather close to the train station (5 min by car or 1/4h by bus), there is easily a parking space nearby. Thank you to Pierre, owner who is attentive and responsive to our requests. We recommend this rental.

Patrick was a very welcoming and responsive host to the slightest of our problems. The accommodation is extremely well located, with many restaurants, grocery stores, hairdressers, and many other useful things nearby, as well as public transport. The apartment was clean, the entrance was done with a key exchange. It's easy. Thanks again to Patrick, would definitely stay again.

First off, the view of the Eiffel Tower in the pictures is not over-rated. Viewing the tower from the balcony at the end of each day was a highlight of our trip. The apartment was as described. There was ample space for our family of 3. The living room and open dining / kitchen space provided a comfortable space to wind down in the evening after touring. A quality barista machine provided a good start to the day. The best part was how responsive and flexible Gregory was with us. I made an error on dates when booking (totally my fault) and Gregory worked with me to quickly resolve it. Any other time we reached out to Gregory, he was very prompt in responding. He was also proactive in telling us useful information about the unit and neighborhood.

Excellent kitchen, interesting art work, 2 bedrooms with real queen beds (not side by side twins offered by other rentals). Loved the Basque restaurant next door. The cassoulet was spectacular. Convenience to grocery store and Gobelins metro stop was a huge plus. if you stay here, spend an hour or two browsing and munching on the Rue Mouffetard, 10 minutes walk on Avenue Gobelins.

We had a wonderful week at Myriam's place. The place was very clean and had everything you needed for the time. Due to the small kitchen there is no oven, but that didn't bother thanks to the stovetop. There were plenty of dishes and towels contrary to some other reviews. The dryer was a big plus when our stuff was soaked on a rainy day. The heating and also Netflix worked properly. You can perfectly reach all the sights in Paris and Disneyland from the apartment by public transport. The area gives you a safe feeling, the apartment is in a secured residential complex. It goes to the backyard so it is very quiet. The bus stop is right outside the front door, the metro is a 10-minute walk away (goes slightly uphill). For the price, it was also absolutely perfect for 4 people. We would come back anytime and recommend them too. Many thanks for everything, Myriam!

Stan's accommodation is amazing, very cozy, and very well connected to tourist attractions, Stan is an excellent host, very concerned, he even let me check in early and leave a little later than usual, I recommend it 100%.

The appartement is spacious and cozy, located in small beautiful street. There are metro stations in walking distance, which go straight to the centre of Paris. Vincennes is a very lovely part of the city, with a beautiful castle, a big park, and nice restaurants which are mostly visited by locals. I can warmly recommend this appartement.
