Riad is a very gracious, helpful and lovely host. I liked the studio very much. Both beds firm and comfy. Lots of little touches that made the stay functional and homely. Comments from my travel buddy: Excellent shower pressure. Towels smelt very nice, minimal and neutral scent. Grateful for all the compote, food bits, water etc. General amenities to an excellent standard. Messaged him privately with a couple of items that could be resolved for future stays.

A very wonderful apartment in a great location. It’s close to everything we wanted to do and it’s nice and quiet at night. The views outside the window lets us really feel like we’re living in Paris. In the afternoon, the sun shines right into the living room, making it perfect for reading. Although the apartment does not have a TV or Wi-Fi, it does have an old vinyl player, one which my wife and I put to great use. The place is spacious and felt right at home. We had a wonderful time there.

Chloe's place was in a great location for transport into Paris. We went by bus, train and tram on various days, depending where we were going in Paris. The place was just as described. The bed was so comfy and the place felt so organised. I wish I lived here! Very cute decor. Double secure entrance also, so felt really safe. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others :) Merci!!

We had a great time at Nicole’s place, for us as two families it was a great location, walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the river and parks. House was homely and welcoming and the pool was fantastic, would highly recommend.

We hebben ontzettend genoten van het appartement. Met een gezin van vier en hond was het een ideale uitvalbasis voor onze tripjes naar het centrum van Parijs. De slaapbank is uitstekend en de tuin bijzonder fijn om ‘s ochtends te ontbijten bij mooi weer. Ludovic woont er zelf, wat wij charmant vonden. Voelt daardoor veel gezelliger dan een onpersoonlijk en steriel appartement. Er zijn meerdere metro stations op 5 tot 10 min afstand, waardoor je binnen een half uur bij de Notre dame kunt zijn. Maar heb ook genoten van de wandeling het centrum in (uurtje). Op nog geen tien min lopen ligt een prachtig groot park, waar we onze hond ‘s ochtend uit lieten en hebben hardgelopen. In de buurt zijn allerlei leuke restaurants (zoals Ceprano en Le Cosy). En op woensdag was er een markt op Cr Vincennes. Wat ons betreft voor herhaling vatbaar! Dank Ludovic voor de goede communicatie en koekjes en wijn bij aankomst. We hebben genoten.

Yongmei was a very friendly and welcoming host, the studio was super clean and well equiped with almost everything necessary for an enjoyful stay, metro station, bus stations are close by walk and a supermarket is 10 minutes away. l highly recommend the host and the studio

Very beautiful house and very well maintained. It was spotless clean when we entered. The room are nice, big and comfortable. The garden is massive and the barbeque space is really the highlight. We did it twice. The house has each and everything from a small kitchen accessories to washing machine and dryer. Ideal for a family or couples or bachelors. Great experience and complete worth for the money.

Maison très pratique. Bel espace extérieur. Le fait d'avoir autant de chambre est pratique, chacun la sienne. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis.

Rustige lokatie, schoon, prima voor een grotere groep. Perfecte aansluiting met centrum Parijs. (Bus, Metro en RER). Host zeer behulpzaam.

Le logement est fidèle aux descriptions. Il est très agréable et très propre. Clément est très réactif et sympathique. La piscine vraiment super.

Nous avons passé une semaine magique pendant Noël dans cet appartement. Il est magnifiquement décoré, chaleureux et on s’y sent comme chez soi. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée, ce qui nous a permis de préparer un merveilleux repas de fête. Un grand merci aux hôtes, tout était parfait. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

A casa de Raphaël é ótima. Muito bem localizada, com três estações de metrô muito próximas, num bairro bem gostoso de caminhar. Nós nos sentimos em casa. Tem uma decoração super legal, o que deixa a casa ainda mais aconchegante. Raphaël foi flexível com o horário do check-in, nos recebeu muito bem, mostrou o apartamento e ainda deixou uma cesta para tomarmos café da manhã por alguns dias.

The Apartment is small but fine. Our Host was very helpful with instructions and clear about how to get around town, there were lots of useful electronics like the iron and washing and dryer etc. I highly recommend staying at Lindas place.

ottimo appartamento, buona posizione facile per spostarsi molto carino e molto funzionale. L'host è stato super gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa noi avessimo bisogno, lo consiglio vivamente se cercate un posto tranquillo, carino e con mezzi efficienti.

L’appartement est trop beau. Il donne sur un jardin. Le parc de Bagnolet avec une superbe vue sur Paris et la banlieue est juste à côté. Le métro est très proche aussi. Mais on peut également aller à pied à Paris, en tout cas dans le XXème.

Le logement était conforme à la description, bien équipé, bien situé. Les hôtes Ibrahim et Angelique se sont montrés très accommodants malgré un imprévu de notre part, je recommande à 100%.
