Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Val-de-Marne

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

I would definitely recommend this apartment to visit Paris Very clean, recent amenities in a very good condition. Bus 2 minute walk , that leaves you next to the RER. In addition , 1 small courtyard equipped with table and chairs. Go there with your eyes closed.

The accommodation is clean and functional, the neighborhood is very quiet. I did not have the opportunity to meet Alexandre but the exchanges to access the accommodation were extremely clear and accurate.

Our family of 4 adults and 2 children had a lovely 5 days staying here and highly recommend it! The home is modern, comfortable and equipped with everything we could have wanted. There were games and books, and a small yard,(with balls!) for the kids to play. It is a short pleasant walk to the train and then easy access to all of Paris. It was really nice to return here after a long day of sightseeing. There are several grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We took several walks around the neighborhood at night and felt very safe. We all enjoyed staying here. Celine is very responsive, usually answering in minutes!

This place offered our own little sanctuary within the city. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and located near a number of restaurants and bakeries. We didn't spend much time in the lovely garden because we were always out and about. We walked to most of the local attractions but there is also a metro station close by that will get you there quickly. Salome's father was kind and very helpful answering all our questions.

Excellent accommodation and hosts! Recommended!

Hannah and Reuben's flat was a dream! Private, secure, and full of unique Parisian charm, it was exactly as described and wonderful to stay in. Close to the Metro, it was a lovely spot to retreat to after a day out and about.

we stayed for a week in an apartment located below Philippe's, we had everything we needed,bed made, bath towels, shower gel,dish towels... Philippe is very pleasant and discreet, the flowery and sunny garden. To sleep the neighborhood very quiet and the bed is very comfortable. So I recommend it.

A perfect place to stay in Paris!!! Cecil is a super great host, so kind and responsive. The location is wonderful, safe and close to many interesting places in a walking distance. Actually can’t wait to come back to this specific place 😊 Thanks for all your flexibly and kindness 🙏🏼

What a lovely place to stay for 8 days in Paris! Charlotte’s apartment was perfect and I loved the neighborhood, which is full of great food. I look forward to staying again next time I’m in Paris!

We stayed here for the view and to be able to sit outside and see the Eiffel Tower light up , perfect . I knew it was small in space and was fine with that but because we are on a big tour we had lots of suitcases so no room . That’s on us . Mr Francisco was lovely and very helpful . Very nice to kids . Area looks a little intimidating at first with high rises all around but I felt silly after that as it was lovely once we walked around . Everything worked fine . Bedding could be updated . Very small but that was clearly instructed and quickly forgotten about when having a wine outside looking over Paris .

Isabel is very friendly and was at the apartment to greet us and give helpful information. We stayed there for 5 nights and never had any issues.

Stayed in Franck’s home while he was away on vacation. It’s nice and feels like a home. Franck’s communication is stellar.

Family trip, with 2 children, cozy space for Paris standards in context with condominium playground. Close to multiple metro stops, so very well connected. Extremely kind and reliable host. Highly recommended

From the outside it is hard to imagine such a lovely garden, quiet surroundings and art filled space. There is easy shopping and restaurants nearby and it seems quite safe on the nearby streets. Alain and Eric are friendly, very communicative, and accommodating. There is some complexity in the entryways but all is well explained. Very comfortable for our family visit to Paris.

We had a lovely long Easter weekend at Françoise's. This house was clean and perfect for a big group. The location was excellent

First off, the view of the Eiffel Tower in the pictures is not over-rated. Viewing the tower from the balcony at the end of each day was a highlight of our trip. The apartment was as described. There was ample space for our family of 3. The living room and open dining / kitchen space provided a comfortable space to wind down in the evening after touring. A quality barista machine provided a good start to the day. The best part was how responsive and flexible Gregory was with us. I made an error on dates when booking (totally my fault) and Gregory worked with me to quickly resolve it. Any other time we reached out to Gregory, he was very prompt in responding. He was also proactive in telling us useful information about the unit and neighborhood.

The accommodation is as described, it is clean and it is very easy to make arrangements with the hosts. Thanks for your hospitality!

We had a fabulous stay at Laurence’s place. The views from the window/balcony are incredible. It was the perfect base for a weekend in Paris as very close to the Metro. Plenty of room for a family and all the appliances you would need. Thank you Laurence.

We loved our stay over new years at this stunning spot! Our host Florence was so amazing and greeted us when we arrived and answered any questions we had over our stay! Her home is so beautiful and filled with books and was located in such a fun and walkable area with so many amazing restaurants and cafes around the corner! We will absolutely book this spot in the future when we visit Paris and would highly recommend it to anyone!!!!

Wonderful accommodation with a great host! The place is next to many commodities which is great. Jerome is always present to answer any of your questions. Cannot recommend this place enough 😊
