We had a great time in Clelia's studio. The position is incredible, close to the Metro Bastille, easy to go everywhere, walkable distance to both Gare de Lyon and the Marais. Close by, there are supermarkets, restaurants and a very cosy wine bar in a secondary street not too far from the flat. The flat was as described, spotless clean and with everything we needed. It faces the internal area and is on a secondary road, so it is very quiet. Clelia sent us perfect instructions, and it was super easy to find the flat. Recommended for a few days exploring Paris!

L’accueil par Claire lors de notre arrivée fut chaleureux et agréable, la découverte des lieux était fidèle aux images. Durant notre séjour, l’intimité et le calme nous a permis de passer un agréable séjour et de profiter pleinement de l’appartement, de la terrasse et son jacuzzi.

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Paris. The apartment is uniquely decorated, is of a reasonable size for a family of 3 and has everything you may need. Highlights: an award winner pastry shop just around the corner, a farmers market for the real Parisian feel, minutes walking to Notre Dame and Saint Germain Boulevard. Lowlights: due to the fact that the bedroom is in the basement it was challenging to get fresh air in. Also the apartment has rich decor and white rugs and carpets which makes it at times difficult to navigate especially with winter clothes or heavy bags.

Appart Top, conforme aux photos, à nos attentes. Adresse trouvée facilement et accueillis chaleureusement par Herbert au pied de l'immeuble, qui nous a donné pleins d'infos/conseils sur Paris. Long séjour d'1 mois (1 adulte+3 enfants) et aucun regret, appart hyper fonctionnel, il n'y manque rien: salon lumineux, au 20ième étage avec vue dégagée, cuisine toute équipée idéale pour cuisiner (four micro-ondes + un autre à vapeur + four traditionnel, grille-pain, cafetière, théière, grand frigo, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, sèche linge, et tout les ustensiles pour cuisiner), 2 chambres avec chacune 1 grand lit double (très bonne literie) + grande armoire + bureau , salle de bains double vasque + baignoire et un salon/salle à manger agréables pour dîner en famille + se poser (grande TV HD connectée (ex: Netflix) : JO 2024 suivi le soir avec plaisir). Quartier(13e) agréable/safe (fille rentrée tard de nuit seule: ras) Nouveau séjour sur Paris: nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Merci Herbert

El apartamento está muy bien situado y es ideal para dos personas, muy tranquilo ya que no da a la calle, es planta baja así que no hay que preocuparse de subir maletas La zona es muy comercial y hay varios supermercados y una panadería justo delante Tiene el metro Línea 1 al lado y la RerA a dos calles, que te deja en pleno centro (Chatelet) en 10 minutos Repetiremos!

Logement en plein centre des Nogent. Très pratique pour aller au centre ville à pieds. Arrêt de bus très proche.

Great apartment ideally located in a central but quiet neighborhood. metro station is literally in front of the gate so it's a very convenient as a base in Paris to get yourself anywhere. so the main selling point is its location. the place itself has everything you need for a short stay.

We had a pleasant stay! The apartment was amazing, we’ll decorated and brand mew with peaceful nature nearby . The location is about 40 min driving from central Paris by car. There is also an electric car charging next to the apartment that was very helpful and useful for electric car. The host is amazingly helpful and kind, they were available for everything we needed. Sora was a fantastic host. Our apartment has wonderful views and is a very comfortable place for a weeklong stay. When we first walked in, (coming from the US) it felt a little small. But we quickly realized that everything was organized so well that it was very comfortable for our visit. She has everything that you might need – a very functional washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Very nice little espresso machine, and even an orange juicer. The views of the Eiffel Tower are as spectacular as the photos suggest. Everything was very clean and modern. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for both breakfast and dinner on multiple days. We would definitely stay here again.

An authentic place to base ourselves for a long weekend in Paris; with easy access to all public transport options but also its own valid French experience and our host Valerie was very flexible and helpful; would immediately ask to stay again when next in Paris

Elsa e Yannick foram ótimos tanto no arranjo do apartamento, dicas, resolução de problemas, auxílio com meu bebê e comunicação. Recomendo imensamente o apartamento lindo com vista para Sacre coeur, torre Eiffel e zoológico. Muito perto de Vincennes, pra quem quer sair do agito do centro. Muito acessível por inúmeras linhas de metrô, para ir aos museus, monumentos, etc. Bairro tranquilo e com tudo o necessário para uma estadia ótima. Perfeito para famílias com crianças, principalmente. Mas perfeito também para quem quer curtir uma Paris por inteiro como seus moradores. Recomendo fortemente esses hóspedes e esse apartamento. This is a hidden gem. Spacious and comfortable. We felt right at home for our week stay in Paris. The property was stocked and Debby was very communicative if we had any questions about anything. The mall is walking distance from the property so food was easily accessible with plenty of options. Our group loved that the most. Highly recommend and I would stay there again should I find myself back in France.

One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

Fantastic space. Quaint and quiet. A perfect spot to relax in after the business of our days at Olympic events. Spacious. ACs in the bedrooms were a BLESSING during the hot spell we encountered while in Paris. Easy access to public transit. Able to check in early due to our changed flight schedule. Lockup and check in was perfect when we have a group of people who need different times and access to get back for the night! Saving this space for future Paris trips!
