Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Val-de-Marne

Bruno’s place feels like a home away from home. He was very responsive and was there to check us in and show us around. Bruno’s place is spacious, well furnished and within walking distance of amenities I’d definitely recommend and would stay again

Had very nice days. Ideal base to explore Paris. Train within walking distance ( <10min) supermarket, bakery and cafes idem ( 5 min) Also nice that we were allowed to park the car in the courtyard. In short, definitely recommended!

Very stylish and friendly house..

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

A really beatiful house, very large, perfect for 10 people or more. we were 3 families and there was enough space for everyone. All the home appliances are top level, and the beatiful living room is the heart of the house. unfortunately, because of the weather, we haven't used the garden but it is a great plus in summer time. Near train station (10') and many supermarkets. Absolutely raccomanded

Unique place in a quiet courtyard but a lively neighborhood with nearby restaurants and bakeries. Comfortable bed and has fireplace was a plus . Easy walk to Museums and Metro . Pierre Marie is a gracious host. We recommend it highly.

This is such a beautiful home. We really enjoyed our stay in Paris. The children loved the games room and the pool. The living space and bedrooms are really comfortable and the cat is super-friendly. It was an easy walk to the RER station whenever we wanted to go into central Paris. It was wonderful to have such a relaxing space to come back to after a long day out. Booking and check in were very straightforward. Christian provided all the information we needed then we were met on arrival and shown around. I would definitely recommend staying here.

My husband and I spent a week in Sylvain's apt. and loved it. It was more spacious than we expected and the neighborhood offered everything we needed for our daily groceries and more. Downstairs there is a sweet cafe for coffee, wine or dinner. Access to the metro was easy but we travelled mostly by bike (it is a great way to get around Paris and since the olympics the bike routes have been improved). The neighborhood was quiet and sitting on the balcony after a day in the city was magical - the sun lights up the balcony at the end of the day. Sylvain certainly was a 'super host' . He did everything he could to help us during our stay and was always qick to answer. The apt. Is well designed and really enjoyable. We would recommend it to anyone!

We loved staying in this lovely apartment. It is in a fantastic location and is quite large, taking up an entire floor. The host is absolutely charming and was available to provide recommendations. She had stocked the kitchen with fresh milk, orange juice and wine for us. We especially loved the patisserie just across Rue de Rennes, where we picked up breakfast every day. The location is fantastic and within walking distance of all of the major sights. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return.

François was a wonderful host, incredible responsive and was flexible with us even when we came on Christmas night! The place was very clean, had great art, and we immediately felt at home. We would love to stay again next time we visit Paris!

this flat is very open and the window facing room is quite bright. it does have folding exterior metal shutters that makes it easy to sleep and cuts out all the noise. The bed is comfy although not a separate room with a door. it opens into the hallway that connects the bathroom at the door of the flat and the kitchen next, the bed And then the living room and dining area with the windows. we were met promptly at the flat and shown around. we did not use the TV but spent a long time walking around Paris. this is not as close to the Eiffel Tower and other landmarks but that is what we wanted. it's in a much more Parisian, not touristy, section of Paris.

Nice and comfortable accommodation, ideal for a group of 3 people, with its 3 beds (3 different spaces). There is everything you need for a pleasant stay: well equipped and quiet. Located close to amenities, it's perfect if you want to be in a peaceful environment. However, if you're looking to really be at the center of the action, it will take a bit of travel. Best place in the Rue Mouffetard area. Closeby the oldes part of Paris, le Marais. Close to the metro, parking. A gem!! Highly recommended.

Audrey is a great host! We rented her house for an organized bachelorette party! Everything was suitable, clean and warm, there was enough room for all the girls! Really there is nothing to say everything suited us and was great!! We loved his house. I recommend it without so much as a second thought! If you want to make your own decoration for a birthday, EVJF, baby shower or other, you can do it without hesitation!

I went to Sophie’s place as I was getting married in Paris and needed a place large enough for me and my family who were flying over with me. The house was amazing, spacious and even more beautiful than it seems in the pictures! Sophie was very friendly and responsive. It was all really great.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is very quiet in a nice area. With Uber it takes about 30 minutes to the center of Paris. The house corresponds exactly to the description. It is very spacious, nice and cozy. We felt right at home. Communication with Matthieu has always worked smoothly. Overall a very good experience!

We had a great weekend thanks to Audrey. She was responsive and very warm. We were comfortable in the accommodation, we had enough space for 12 people. The hot tub was well heated. I would recommend this place without so much as a second thought for large groups. Everything was perfect! Thanks to Audrey.

Spacious accommodation perfect for a large family reunion (there were 15 of us for meals divided between the island and the dining room table and 10 to sleep on site). Carole is responsive and accommodating. We'll probably come back if we have a chance.
