Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Val-de-Marne

Un séjour digne d’un petit week-end dans le sud. Nos invités étaient ravis et nous sommes heureux d’avoir célébré les 1 an de notre fille dans cette jolie villa. Le temps était au rendez-vous, nous avons pu inaugurer la piscine. Lionel est un hôte très gentil, il a été flexible sur les heures d’arrivée et de départ. Un grand merci !

Excellent séjour en famille ! La piscine est un énorme plus. Assez grande pour plusieurs adultes. Belle maison confortable ! barbecue et table de ping pong au top pour passer de bon moments.

Notre sejour etait agréable, le logement etait propre, accueillant... cetait vraiment top.

We had a great stay and Nathalie sent me great instructions to get to and from disney which was the reason for our trip. The apartment was spacious and clean and we enjoyed a go in the hot tub when we had chance. Very friendly hosts and always responded with any questions we had thank you for having us.

Magali is a warm host with great orderliness and breathtaking facilities on offer. Clean, tidy and ready for easy arrival. The accommodation is equipped to relax, cook and caress the eye with its elegant aesthetic. Perfect address in the heart of the action, where there are many restaurants and cafes, a few steps from the Arc de triomphe. Yet with maximum tranquillity in the courtyard. Thank you very much for this pleasant stay.

The location was so quiet considering how close to the Arc de Triumph we were. Easy to walk to the Metro and explore many parts of the city (I would recommend the Argentine Metro over Charles de Gaulle by the Arc which was much busier and hectic). A local boulangerie, Boucherie and coffee shop along with many restaurants to choose from). Having the toilette and wash area separate was very nice with 3 people staying in the apartment. We ended up not using many of the amenities (dishwasher, washer, stove or cook too) but nice to have available. And while the kitchen was small, we still ended up able to have 3 people standing in it for a late evening snack). While the bedrooms are small, the beds are comfortable and the large closet was needed and used for our belongings, There are stairs but easily manageable. While we did have one issue, Nicholas was responsive and helpful. I would return in the future.

Très bel appartement . Conforme à la description, à proximité de l'arc de triomphe . Hôte réactif et disponible . Nous y avons séjourné 1 nuit, mais cela c'est très bien passé.

Louis-Pierre et Christine ont été super, des hôtes parfaits. Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans un logement propre et joliment décoré. La localisation est idéal : une vue sur la tour eiffel, proche de la ville mais dans un endroit très calme.

Magnificent! Everything about staying in this amazing apartment was fabulous! It is bigger and more beautiful than the photos could show. The location was so very quiet, safe, and convenient. Two Metros are very close, Supermarche 20 (groceries) & Monoprix (USA version of Target) are a couple of blocks away. Tons of cute cafes, bakeries, and coffee shops all around! The building is stunning with a darling courtyard in the center. The apartment is spotless and fully equipped with all you need, everything listed is available and accurate. The shower is superb with options for shower heads (I am very short and didn’t want to wash my long hair every day so the hand wand was PERFECT). Plenty of hot water and water pressure. Loved that the toilet is in a separate room. The bed was so comfy with plenty of blankets and pillow options and we appreciated the area for hanging clothes and place to store clothing. The bottle of wine was such a thoughtful touch! Simone is a five star hostess!

Charlotte’s place was fabulous! Arthur and Charlotte were wonderful hosts, anytime we had any questions they were so responsive and quick to help us out. The space is beautiful and clean. We loved the outdoor deck! Thanks for a great stay :)

El apartamento es estupendo, el baño es como el de un hotel. Es tranquilo, espacioso y acogedor, aunque le faltan algunos detalles. Un microondas para calentar rápidamente.. por ejemplo. Las toallas, maravillosas, suaves, y muchos detalles como café, café soluble, agua, Coca Cola, chocolate, algunos caramelitos..faltaba un poquito de sal, un poquito de aceite.. algún producto de limpieza. Pero había muchas cosas que compenssaban estas pequeñas faltas, jabón, leche corporal, champú, gel… dos pantallas enormes de televisión….. en fin una muy buena estancia calidad precio!!!
