Such amazing hosts, helped us check in earlier so we didn't have to roam the city with heavy backpacks. They communicated everything on time. A small arrangement for breakfast was huge help too. Irene let us know where the local bakery, laundry etc is and how to get around. I highly recommend :)

Absolutely beautiful! The view is extraordinary and the Airbnb is clean with good utensils in the kitchen. Davide and Kerry also gave really fast answers. Amazing!

This home is incredible. The view is stunning. But it is a decent hike up to the house. If you come by ferry it would take 30 mins from terminal to get to the home with many steps. Very challenging with a heavy suitcase. If you come by car it will take approximately 10-15 mins. Lots of stairs. Pack light if you’re able to. The home itself is over 3 levels by a spiral staircase. Bring light luggage if possible. The deck is so nice to spend time on. Lovely, memorable home with a friendly helpful host. Will never forget this beautiful place

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und würden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Der Check-in und Check-Out war problemlos, wir durften früher kommen und länger bleiben am Abreisetag und - hätten wir nicht leider unsererseits abreisen müssen - unseren Urlaub noch für ein paar Tage verlängern dürfen. Man hat seine Ruhe, das für uns und unseren Hund super war, trotzdem ist man schnell am Gardasee z.B. in Salò. Das Appartment hat alles was man braucht und gemütlich. Der Hof ist sehr schön: wir hatten das Glück, dass die Besitzer während unseres Aufenthalts nicht vor Ort gewohnt hatten, sodass wir das ganze Gelände für uns hatten, es kam nur immer mal jemand von der Familie (alle super freundlich) vorbei um nach den Tieren (Pferde, Esel, Gänse und Hühner) zu sehen. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung von unserer Seite!

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

This place is amazing! The quiet nights on the patio, or walking down to the lake to enjoy the lights in the castle with evening setting on Lake Como were so wonderfully relaxing. I would recommend to anyone wanting to escape the insanity of Varenna. Other pluses. Town parking pass for Dervio. Amazing breakfast waiting for the ferry there, full kitchen for spectacular sunset meals with the best view of the lake!

This was an incredible place to stay! Very spacious, beautiful views, clean, and peaceful! The host was very kind and always responsive. They even had extra things like eggs and little goodies for us in the kitchen. We had everything we needed and more to cook dinner which was very much appreciated. Parking is close by and everything you need to get around Lake Como is walking distance (the ferry pick up and tram station) The one and only thing thats just personal preference is the bed was a little too firm. But over all, would absolutely stay here again and recommend it!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Blue Boat Apartment! Es war alles perfekt. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Silvia und Gigi haben uns herzlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Auch für unsere 10 Monate alte Tochter hat alles sehr gut gepasst. Wir werden die Aussicht und den Flair sehr vermissen. The greeting upon arrival was excellent, we were offered an upgrade as some guests had cancelled due to weather, a nice gesture! The appartment was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. Far enough from the busy touristic Bellagio but close enough to walk. The ferry pick up is just steps away. The grounds are immaculate and large enough to get a good run in every morning (5km) track style staying on the stone path that twirls the 42 hectar property. The grounds allow you great views of Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta accross the Lake and you can swim if the tempersture permits on the stairs that access the Lake. This is really a great place to stay! But the absolute highlight of the stay was the breathtaking view of Lake Como—an unbeatable panorama that alone is worth the trip. If you're looking for a place that offers tranquility, character, and unmatched views of Lake Como. Highly recommended!

We had an awesome stay in Marco's appartment, very nice to combine tranquility of reading a book at the swimming pool with the more touristic Lago di Como visits to several villages.

Had the best time in Emanuela's apartment! She was so accommodating when we arrived earlier in the day, allowing us to drop our bags off so we didn't have to carry them about. Once we checked in, she was so helpful with local recommendations and tips. The apartment itself is stunning, right on the waterfront and has so much charm and personality! It allows for easy access to the busier parts of the lake, yet is in a peaceful area! Would entirely recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to visit, and will hopefully visit again at some point in the future!

Wir haben eine Woche in der Unterkunft von Mara und Marco verbracht. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, die Aussicht war wunderbar und die Tipps von Mara goldwert. Wir hatten in der Küche alles was wir brauchten und es war außergewöhnlich sauber. Nicht mal Staub in den Schränken gab es. Es gibt einen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück und nicht an der Straße - somit haben wir uns auch um unser Auto keine Sorgen gemacht. Wir schließen uns einigen der Bewertungen an, dass das Bett nicht so bequem war und die Couch ebenfalls. Auch, dass es kein Internet gibt sollte einem bewusst sein - wir hatten aber mobile Daten somit war das kein Problem. Wenn einem das (so wie uns) nicht wichtig ist hat man hier auf jeden Fall eine tolle Zeit! Wir würden wieder kommen.

Awesome spot! Stayed here for one night for our honeymoon trip. Great view, easy access to great restaurants, beautiful area to walk around, and super friendly hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

Best way to describe this location is STUNNING! The views are breath taking - more beautiful in person than the photos! We loved our stay - hard to beat having morning coffee & evening wine surrounded by such beauty! The night view when the lights appear is as beautiful as the day view! A car was necessary but well worth it. David was a very responsive and helpful host & we would definitely stay again if we have that opportunity!

Enrica (AKA Kikka) is a delightful woman who cares about her guests and does everything to make them feel at home. She responded very quickly to any of our questions and needs. She had great suggestions for restaurants, activities and site seeing outings, all listed in an informative book on the kitchen table. The view from the room is magical, almost beyond description, as you look out on to Lake Como both day and especially night! Przepiękne, klimatyczne miejsce z cudownym widokiem na górne miasto. Gospodarz bardzo przyjazdny i komunimatywny, z czystym sercem mogę polecić ten apartament.

Warum diese Unterkunft ein Gäste-Favorit ist – jetzt wissen wir es auch 😉 Das Appartement ist der ideale Rückzugsort für Menschen, die entspannen möchten, aber auch die Ausgangsbasis für viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Das Appartement hat einen traumhaften Blick auf den See, eine perfekte Ausstattung und war sehr sauber. Marta ist eine tolle, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die unseren Aufenthalt mit wertvollen Tipps bereicherte und jederzeit erreichbar war. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und die Zeit verging wie im Flug. Es ist einer der Orte, wo wir jederzeit gerne wieder hin fahren würden.

Alessia was a wonderful and responsive host. She met us at check in and was very flexible with our arrival time. She helped us to get settled and immediately offered us some lunch recommendations and even helped us set up a boat tour to go on during our trip. Definitely ask her about this! The space was spotless and exactly as pictured. Parking was easy and free. One thing to note is that you should be prepared for the steep hill you need to climb to get back to the apartment! Do not underestimate it! But overall this was a lovely stay with an amazing host with GORGEOUS lake views and a huge balcony.

Property was absolutely immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Teas and sweet treats were a lovely welcoming touch and after walking around Bergamo the first aid kit with plasters was very much appreciated! Great location for getting around and a lovely little base for our holiday. Would absolutely love to stay again.
