Such amazing hosts, helped us check in earlier so we didn't have to roam the city with heavy backpacks. They communicated everything on time. A small arrangement for breakfast was huge help too. Irene let us know where the local bakery, laundry etc is and how to get around. I highly recommend :)

Absolutely beautiful! The view is extraordinary and the Airbnb is clean with good utensils in the kitchen. Davide and Kerry also gave really fast answers. Amazing!

This home is incredible. The view is stunning. But it is a decent hike up to the house. If you come by ferry it would take 30 mins from terminal to get to the home with many steps. Very challenging with a heavy suitcase. If you come by car it will take approximately 10-15 mins. Lots of stairs. Pack light if you’re able to. The home itself is over 3 levels by a spiral staircase. Bring light luggage if possible. The deck is so nice to spend time on. Lovely, memorable home with a friendly helpful host. Will never forget this beautiful place

Beautiful apartment attached to the main house but very private , you have you own little patio area to sit outside that’s not overlooked by anyone . The apartment is immaculate and lots of nice little touches , lots of provisions provided including toilet pater , shower gel , washing up liquid etc. There are 2 restaurants within 5 minutes walk , we only ate at the one up the hill and the food was amazing and reasonably priced . Our 2 dogs loved the freedom of the secluded countryside and the geese that lived there were securely fenced off . You can hear the noise from the adjoining house but if you have quiet neighbours it’s not a problem .

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

This place is amazing! The quiet nights on the patio, or walking down to the lake to enjoy the lights in the castle with evening setting on Lake Como were so wonderfully relaxing. I would recommend to anyone wanting to escape the insanity of Varenna. Other pluses. Town parking pass for Dervio. Amazing breakfast waiting for the ferry there, full kitchen for spectacular sunset meals with the best view of the lake!

This was an incredible place to stay! Very spacious, beautiful views, clean, and peaceful! The host was very kind and always responsive. They even had extra things like eggs and little goodies for us in the kitchen. We had everything we needed and more to cook dinner which was very much appreciated. Parking is close by and everything you need to get around Lake Como is walking distance (the ferry pick up and tram station) The one and only thing thats just personal preference is the bed was a little too firm. But over all, would absolutely stay here again and recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Boat Apartment! Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Silvia and Gigi welcomed us warmly and showed us everything. Everything also worked out very well for our 10-month-old daughter. We will miss the views and the flair very much. The greeting upon arrival was excellent, we were offered an upgrade as some guests had cancelled due to weather, a nice gesture! The appartment was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. Far enough from the busy touristic Bellagio but close enough to walk. The ferry pick up is just steps away. The grounds are immaculate and large enough to get a good run in every morning (5km) track style staying on the stone path that twirls the 42 hectar property. The grounds allow you great views of Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta accross the Lake and you can swim if the tempersture permits on the stairs that access the Lake. This is really a great place to stay! But the absolute highlight of the stay was the breathtaking view of Lake Como—an unbeatable panorama that alone is worth the trip. We had an awesome stay in Marco's appartment, very nice to combine tranquility of reading a book at the swimming pool with the more touristic Lago di Como visits to several villages.

Had the best time in Emanuela's apartment! She was so accommodating when we arrived earlier in the day, allowing us to drop our bags off so we didn't have to carry them about. Once we checked in, she was so helpful with local recommendations and tips. The apartment itself is stunning, right on the waterfront and has so much charm and personality! It allows for easy access to the busier parts of the lake, yet is in a peaceful area! Would entirely recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to visit, and will hopefully visit again at some point in the future!

Absolutely stunning location and great views from all windows and the balcony, the photos shown here are amazing but are even better in reality. The home was so lovely, and surprisingly cool on a very hot day. Marco was a great host, gave lots of recommendations and was always on hand if needed. Thank you!

Awesome spot! Stayed here for one night for our honeymoon trip. Great view, easy access to great restaurants, beautiful area to walk around, and super friendly hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

Best way to describe this location is STUNNING! The views are breath taking - more beautiful in person than the photos! We loved our stay - hard to beat having morning coffee & evening wine surrounded by such beauty! The night view when the lights appear is as beautiful as the day view! A car was necessary but well worth it. David was a very responsive and helpful host & we would definitely stay again if we have that opportunity!

Enrica (AKA Kikka) is a delightful woman who cares about her guests and does everything to make them feel at home. She responded very quickly to any of our questions and needs. She had great suggestions for restaurants, activities and site seeing outings, all listed in an informative book on the kitchen table. The view from the room is magical, almost beyond description, as you look out on to Lake Como both day and especially night! Beautiful, atmospheric place with a wonderful view of the upper city. The host is very friendly and communicative, I can recommend this apartment with a clear conscience.

Why this listing is a guest favorite – now we know too 😉 The apartment is the ideal retreat for people who want to relax, but also the starting point for many excursion destinations in the area. The apartment has a fantastic view of the lake, perfect amenities and was very clean. Marta is a great, helpful host who enriched our stay with valuable tips and was always available. We felt at home and time flew by. It's one of the places we'd love to go back to anytime.

Alessia was a wonderful and responsive host. She met us at check in and was very flexible with our arrival time. She helped us to get settled and immediately offered us some lunch recommendations and even helped us set up a boat tour to go on during our trip. Definitely ask her about this! The space was spotless and exactly as pictured. Parking was easy and free. One thing to note is that you should be prepared for the steep hill you need to climb to get back to the apartment! Do not underestimate it! But overall this was a lovely stay with an amazing host with GORGEOUS lake views and a huge balcony.

Property was absolutely immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Teas and sweet treats were a lovely welcoming touch and after walking around Bergamo the first aid kit with plasters was very much appreciated! Great location for getting around and a lovely little base for our holiday. Would absolutely love to stay again.
