The location of the accommodation is truly heavenly and completely private! We felt very comfortable there and it was very clean. The bedroom is in the basement and therefore always nice and cool. Silvano is very nice and always very accessible. We would keep coming back! Thank you!

Clean and tidy apartment, quiet and convenient area to get to Lecco and Bellagio, the host was available for some questions, there were 2 of us but 4 people can stay comfortably.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unbeatable location of this home. Being directly on the lake, the views are nothing short of magical. Waking up in the morning and looking out over the water from the bedroom felt like something out of a dream — peaceful, serene, and impossibly beautiful. The lake was quite literally at our doorstep. The home itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charm. Every little detail was taken care of, and we felt instantly at ease. A special shoutout to our host, who went above and beyond when we realized last minute that we had forgotten to include our mother-in-law as a guest. It was entirely our oversight, and yet the host was kind, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. That kind of graciousness makes all the difference when you’re traveling. We can’t say enough good things about this place — the comfort, the views, the hospitality. If you’re lucky enough to find availability here, book it. Can’t wait to return

The place is beautiful and very well located. You have a fantastic view of the lake and some hiking opportunities in the area. The apartment is about 10 minutes by car from Colico and it is super quiet. The pool and pool loungers are also great.

Beautiful apartment attached to the main house but very private , you have you own little patio area to sit outside that’s not overlooked by anyone . The apartment is immaculate and lots of nice little touches , lots of provisions provided including toilet pater , shower gel , washing up liquid etc. There are 2 restaurants within 5 minutes walk , we only ate at the one up the hill and the food was amazing and reasonably priced . Our 2 dogs loved the freedom of the secluded countryside and the geese that lived there were securely fenced off . You can hear the noise from the adjoining house but if you have quiet neighbours it’s not a problem .

Villa Fede is absolutely the perfect stay to explore Lake Como. Michela is very helpful, thoughtful and an incredible host. Would definitely recommend to stay here!

The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

Great, great place! And as important (more?), I great, great host! Marco is one of the truly great hosts! Location was great, place was spotless and equipped beyond expectations! I had lost my razor along the way, and to my amazement, there was an individually wrapped "shaving kit", along with other little kits of things people forget! I honestly don't recall more comfortable sleeps than my nights here! All around truly one of the best! Highly, highly recommended!

The host Andrea was really very nice and always helpful. He was quick to respond to messages. I can really only recommend it. Varenna is easily accessible by bus/shuttle bus. It was as described in the photos :)

First of all a HUGE thank you to the Hosts for their investment in making sure my husband and I were comfortable and looked after. From the welcome breakfast and snacks in the fridge to the communication each day to ensure we were ok to my birthday well wishes. What great hosts. We appreciate you. The accommodation was spotless and I did not want to leave. From I can walk on the floor with bare feet you know it’s clean. The place had a sweet smell throughout. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and bathroom we did not need to bring towels or shower gel. The area was peaceful and had shops near by where we could get anything we needed also restaurants were nearby. We will definitely visit again. Thank you Pietro and Francesca.

Our stay in Alessandras apartment was amazing. The place is exactly as seen in photos and you are less than 60 seconds from the lake. The views nearby are amazing! Alessandra was very responsive, offering recommendations and doing all she could to be of assistance. I would highly recommend staying here.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

Such a lovely stay at Alice’s air BnB. Firstly, the pictures do not do the view justice - words can’t describe how beautiful the view is. The location is handy as you’re located not too far out from Como and a short bus journey to Bellagio. The air BnB was spacious and the balcony is such a lovely touch for a breakfast in the morning and a relaxed drink at night. Alice has been the best host I’ve had so far, thank you so much. We would absolutely recommend this place and would happily stay again.

Comfortable and quiet accommodation with excellent host. Views are as pictures show and lovely to relax on small balcony. Having asthma and slight mobility problem I did struggle with the 10 minute walk, all uphill, from town to home. The only other route consisted of 97 uneven stairs, the middle section being unlit. The apartment is twenty stairs up with no handrail. Taxi fare at night was only 10 euros so not a major problem. Also the C30 bus passes at the top of the road.

Very nice apartment with wonderful hosts. Everything is as described and previous reviews. We spent two nights in the house and were glad that it was convenient to explore the surroundings - Bergamo and San Pellegrino - everything is nearby. The house has books, guidebooks and games in case the weather is not good. The only thing we didn't find was dishes to cook, but we didn't need them. Well, it is also important to note that the house is in a fairly large village, according to the description we thought it was a more secluded place. But that wasn't a problem either, because the village is quiet. Thank you for having us!

The cottage is furnished with a lot of love for detail. Just the place to unwind. The outdoor area invites you to linger until the late evening hours. You can enjoy your morning coffee both on the extremely cozy veranda and on the nearby stream, with Kneipp experience included! Guido welcomed us very warmly and gave us great excursion tips for the area. Thank you for the pleasant stay in the small paradise!

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Boat Apartment! Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Silvia and her family were extremely accommodating. Always there to answer any questions and provide suggestions on what do to in the area. The housing was exactly as on the pictures and the view was absolutely amazing - we really enjoyed our stay!

We (family with two small children) had a wonderful stay in Andrea's small house. The house itself is very simply furnished, but offers everything you need for a vacation. The location itself is a gift - idyllic, quiet, a few meters from a natural beach; and there is the possibility to reach some restaurants on foot. Communication with Andrea was very prompt and straightforward - everything was accurately described and easy to find. We are already looking forward to another vacation in Andreas Chalet! The apartment is very functional and naturally furnished. Everything is available in the kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom and for communication. There is much to discover in the area and despite the narrow valley location, the sun shines on the forecourt and on the building throughout the day and at times in the windows. Despite the high temperatures outside, the house remains pleasantly temperate - so very well insulated. Highly recommended!
