It's a very nice place, fully equipped so you don't need anything and you feel right at home, the place was very clean and easy to find. I was able to take my whole family and my pets and everyone felt comfortable. In addition, the host helped me a lot by letting me in a little earlier than check-in

Great family vacation. House was beautiful and clean, had everything we needed. Location was very private with amazing views. The dirt road up the hill was a little bumpy and long but well worth the drive. Concierge service was top notch- responded to all of our questions with timely manner with great recommendations

Absolutely loved our stay! The modern, clean design made everything feel fresh and inviting, and the seamless indoor/outdoor living setup was perfect for soaking up the sunshine. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom–would be a great setup for friends sharing a house. It’s an easy walk to great restaurants, yet the home still feels like a peaceful retreat. The pool was a highlight with both a shallow and deep end for everyone to enjoy. And the landscaping was stunning! So many beautiful plants and thoughtful touches throughout the property. Highly recommend this place for a group getaway—you’ll have space, privacy, and style all in one.

Great place to stay with the beach really close and all type of other places that someone will need near the Airbnb with easy access.

this house is magically peaceful. You can walk all over Uvita from this location . You can hear the river from the house and sit by or in it in a few steps!

This house is most beautiful in design, features and location. The stunning views, the beautiful flora and fauna were just amazing. We watched Tucans and Colibris from the pool. We enjoyed the privacy of a remote location yet had all the amenities and still felt adventurous. Host and local team were fantastic. We travelled some more in Costa Rica and found Uvita to be the best base for tours and exploring.

We enjoyed our 3-night stay very much. The pool is super nice and the accommodation is super clean and well-equipped.

The house is beautiful, private, clean and equipped with everything you need to enjoy it comfortably. It is in an excellent location, close to Marino Ballena National Park, restaurants and supermarkets. My daughters really enjoyed the pool. Thanks to Tyler and Vicky for the excellent stay; also, I really appreciate Tony for helping us find our way when we got a little lost on arrival. I would definitely recommend this place!

This was our second time visiting Jim’s place. It is such a special property, surrounded by nature. Jim did an incredible job designing and landscaping his home. There are native fruit trees that surround it. Every sunset Tucans visit the property, and we were lucky enough to see Howler monkeys in the distance. This property fills our cup and we hope to return in the future. While we love visiting Domincalito and the laid back beaches, our favorite thing to do while visiting is lounge at Jim’s and take in the beautiful landscape. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!

Very unique, charming home with incredible location. The cliff overlooking the water was so private and relaxing. Very secure gated property. We would absolutely rent again.

Very nice place with jungle around. Good location to get to surf spots at Dominical. The rocky road from main road which is leading to property could be tricky as it gets very steep. We managed with just a small SUV-front drive. Would recomend for someone who like privacy and nature :) Thank you

A truly beautiful Home, very well laid out, comfortable spaces inside and out. Lovely views and nice pool. Well accommodated. A four-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended as the house is built on a very steep road, so you will need a four-wheel-drive to make it in and out of the driveway .

This place is more breathtaking in person than in the pictures it’s absolutely stunning! We visited with our 3&1 yr old, and we had an amazing time enjoying the pool and exploring the jungle trails(bring bug spray for the trails, but no bugs by the pool). We saw alot of monkeys and birds. The groundskeeper was so kind and even brought us fresh coconuts to drink. The landscaping is beautiful and well-maintained. The host gave us a personal tour of the house when we arrived, making us feel welcome. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for our 1yr old(who still naps)it stayed cool and dark. There was even a crib for him. The hammocks were fun for both the kids and adults we spent hours just relaxing and enjoying the jungle views. At night, the accent lighting around the house created such a cozy and relaxing vibe. We had a 2WD car, and it did great in low getting up the driveway, even 6 people and our luggage. Pay attention to the landmarks when finding the place, as it’s easy to miss.

This was our favorite Airbnb home, by far. The location is ideal- in the forest, yet less than 15 minutes from the beach. The house was clean, well maintained, and beautiful with amazing views and landscaping. The concierge service made it incredibly easy to book unforgettable experiences. Highly recommended!!

The house is very clean and modern, it has everything you need to spend some unforgettable days, my favorite part was the pool, the water was very nice and clean and a perfect temperature! What you're going to find is much better than what you can see in the photos, the house and its surroundings are quiet and private... very comfortable, I definitely hope to return.
