Electricity will be charged with 0.38Euros/Kwh, each person over 16 years has to pay a local tax of 1.10Euros/per night (low season) o 2.20Euros/per night (high season) - tourist tax.

La Colònia és un petit poble de pescadors, tranquil i allunyat del turisme, ideal per a relaxar-se. Encara es pot comprar peix fresc directament de la barca. Té 3 habitacions, 2 banys, 1 cuina, sala d'estar, menjador i bugaderia, reformat del 2017; una gran terrassa, barbacoa i zona de joc infantil. IDEAL PER A NINS.

This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

The cottage is located just 10-15 minutes from the sea, allowing you to spend days at the beach in Port de Sóller, where you can enjoy all kinds of activities. It is situated in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, making it an ideal starting point for hiking trails.

Centrally located with short distances to the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca, to Palma and other excursion destinations. The Llucmajor/Son Noguera bus station is a 7-minute walk from us. From May to October, an airport bus also runs. The tourist tax levied here is included in the price.
