Victoria was a spectacular host! Any questions or concerns we had was promptly handled. She made sure we were happy all throughout our stay! Would highly recommend booking with her and staying at this beautiful house! There were plenty games and activities at the house to keep our group busy + entertained.

You'd rather keep this house a secret. The beautiful quiet (in April anyway) village has everything you need, restaurants, shopping, pharmacy, great promenade and hiking trails directly from the house. The house itself with its many terraces offers everything and more. The kitchen is really well equipped for cooking and also two couples can have a great relaxing vacation here thanks to the two bathrooms. Get bread on foot, evening walk on the quay included. Sunset. Buy fresh vegetables at the market. We enjoyed coming back to this great house from every excursion. Absolutely recommended….

We had such an amazing week staying here as a group of two family’s & a separate couple. The villa is amazing, with lots of space to spread out around & all the facilities you could need are there. The pool & garden area are a crowning jewel with incredible views in all directions. The local village is very pretty with a nice beach & some lovely beachside restaurants. We would definitely visit again.

The place was just as beautiful as the pictures! Were in this accommodation for the first time, but nothing will have been the last time. The communication took place for the most part with Susanna, she also really warmly welcomed us in the accommodation and took care of everything that perhaps did not fit 100% from the beginning. That made the vacation almost perfect! 😁 Happy to stay again and again with Paula Massa's team.☺️

Staying in Colonia de Sant Pere, particularly in Xavi's picturesque Majorcan home, was a wonderful experience, making it difficult to leave. While the village may not be stunningly beautiful, it steers clear of mass tourism, preserving its unique charm. It offers a variety of gastronomic delights, cozy spots to relax, and a lovely little beach. Xavi's house is fully equipped with everything you need, making it very accommodating for families with children. We also worked remotely from Xavi's home, and there was no problem with enough space, furniture, and stable Wifi. Located on a quiet side road with a nearby playground, it is perfect for a peaceful stay. Xavi was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit. We had no complaints and would be delighted to return one day!

This little corner of Miguel is magical. It exceeded our expectations! The pictures don't show how wonderful it is, believe me. Miguel should invest in professional photographs because the house is just wonderful and delicious. Mar on one side (a 10-minute walk from a sandy beach but we ended up bathing on the stone beaches in front of the house), mountain on another (the pool view was anything). From one of the rooms you can see the sea. And the room too! It is also 5 minutes from a village that has a supermarket and several restaurants. The villa is in a super quiet and family location. Outside the Crowds of Mallorca! The house is well prepared for groups. And there is a very large table in the room (which was set when we arrived) and several tables outside. We only enjoy two: that of the terrace in front of the kitchen (it is delicious! it has a fountain whose sound enchants) and that of the swimming pool. We were afraid the pool would be too much in the shade but no. Anyway, everything wonderful! Thank you, Miguel.

Everything was perfect, this place so special ! It is such a peaceful and well design home by the sea. My family had a wonderful stay in this quiet and welcoming little village People who live here are so kind, we really liked the supermarket near the beach and the restaurants around. It was a nice spot to run by the shore or swim in the calm and clear water in the morning. The sunset on the rooftop terrasse is stunning. We loved to start our day by sipping a coffee while we watch the sea all together The kids enjoyed the pool, the outside shower and the games.The house was very clean and carefully prepared. Although the villa is a bit outdated, the stay was still very nice. Communication with the landlord is very good. The sea is within walking distance but the shopping is very limited, without a car it is relatively difficult to get to the nearest larger city. The villa itself is smaller than you would expect in the pictures, but that did not affect the stay. If you want a relatively quiet area, the villa is very suitable.
