House is lovely. Mix of very old and some modern renovations. Sometimes more atmospheric than high standard. Location is artsy and great.

We felt welcome and at home in Spersbodahusen, nice days with hot baths, excursions, reading and game nights. Dark and rough in December but cozy with crackling fire in the evenings. The water in the tap is checked and quite ok but does not taste like in town, so a tip is to bring bottled water to drink if you are a little picky. Hans was very helpful, questions were answered quickly and kindly with great tips. We went to atmospheric Wira Bruk and had homemade food. We would be glad to come back!

The house is something very special, a place with soul! We enjoyed the time at this place and would love to come back. Susanna, as well as her husband, were delightful!

The house was beautiful and Jenny is a great host. We felt very comfortable and the house is very tastefully decorated with loving details. The surroundings are great, and you can walk to the small hamlet of Ulva to have a cup of coffee or browse one of the artisans. During our stay there was also a flea market and a vintage car club meets there regularly. It is very easy to get to Uppsala. Jenny was always helpful and quick to reach. A very attentive host

Our time at this place was just fantastic! From the first moment, we felt incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness and coziness of the house were outstanding, and the lovingly designed details of the furnishings inspired us again and again. Each room was furnished with so much taste and a sense of something special that it resulted in a harmonious and inviting overall picture – almost like a home away from home. The sauna and fireplace in particular perfectly rounded off our stay and provided unforgettable moments of well-being. An absolute highlight was the snowfall on New Year's Eve, which turned the already picturesque surroundings into a true winter wonderland. This combination of fantastic scenery and exceptional accommodation has made our Sweden vacation just as we had dreamed of it. We would have liked to have stayed longer! Cozy cottage in very beautiful surroundings on Yxlan. Quiet and peaceful, with great amenities. Quick communication with cabin host.

Our family of three adults and two small children rented Jesper's amazing cottage during the Ascension weekend 2025 and we had some wonderful days together in and near the house! Everything from the communication with Jesper before, during and after our stay, to the life in the house worked exceptionally well and we would gladly rent the cottage again. Extra nice that there was access to a good sauna for us adults and that the children could run freely on the large lawn in front of the house. Fantastic house and very good and reliable host!

Perfect place for a short stay. A bit tight for two people and a dog, but it served us well for an overnight. Excellent location, clean and cozy. Marcus was excellent at communicating and responding. We highly recommend this place!

We have relaxed wonderfully here on our first 3 days of the holiday. Fantastic house with plenty of space inside and outside. Nice area where there is a lot to see and do. We'll definitely be back

Bjorn place is perfect for short/medium length stays in Uppsala. The apartment is nicely located with respect to public transportation and you can also easily walk to the city center. the flat is equipped, especially the kitchen.

Very well renovated cozy apartment right in the heart of the Vaxholm waterfront. I have no complaints. Although I never actually met Elin she was responsive and helpful over the app. The apartment had everything you need and was very clean. Only thing I thought was odd was there was no silverware. Great experience overall.

Ingela was the most hospitable host ever. She was so kind and had even offered to help me with my research project! She offered a couple meals as well, and kept in contact with me throughout my stay. The area was around her house is very peaceful and quiet at night. She even helped me with figuring out the transit system and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was great too; there was a little bit of food as in spices, a microwave, a stove, silverware, plates, cups, and bowls. On top of all this, the washer was very handy to have and could be useful! The only problem I ran into was the longer commute to Stockholm Central from Näsbypark. I do love the area though and would definitely stay again if given the chance :)

Excellent experience. The accommodation was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. The proximity to the airport was perfect, making our travel incredibly convenient. The host was very friendly, helpful, and always available for any questions. This was the perfect location for our trip—close to Stockholm Arlanda Airport and not far from the city, which made it super convenient. The home was just right for our stay: clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The host was very friendly and welcoming. We’d happily stay here again!

A wonderful reception and made to feel at home instantly. We will be back as soon as we can, my son and his family lives nearby so a perfect location for us. Great view from the balcony, and only a short walk to Kalhall Train station, Town centre and supermarket, plus the park and lake full of ducks.

Despite arriving late, Johan was still there to greet me. Accommodation was as described, with everything needed for my stay, and felt very comfortable.
