Welcome to a cozy and fresh cottage in Simpnäs! Here, you are close to beautiful cliffs, café and restaurant in a genuine archipelago village. Until season -21, the cottage was of a simpler standard, now we offer a newly renovated cottage for 2 or 3 people (family bunk bed). Stove/oven, fridge and microwave. Hot water, toilet and shower. The cottage has a large terrace and is secluded. Communications are good from, among other places, Stockholm by car, bus or boat. Bus 636 or Waxholmsbolaget's Sjöbris via Arholma.

Cook a good dinner in the large kitchen, or play games and watch movies together in front of the fire. By car you can make excursions to local farm shops, Ekolsund Castle, Hjälstaviken and also to the swimming area in Lake Mälaren within 10 min. If you want to take the bus to Uppsala (40 min) or Enköping (15 min), they go directly 230m from the house.

Nice trails and the possibility of fishing, rowing, canoeing. An additional house for 2-5 people is available on the property for rent.

Welcome to this cozy white house that's said to be built in the 17th century. Perfect for a mini-getaway or in connection to a flight from Arlanda (only 11 minutes with car!). Have a warm bath in the hot tub under the open skies – maybe with a glass of sparkling wine (included). The small cottage is located on the backside of our main house, surrounded by white red houses with white trim. The standard is simple but charming. It's close to fields and walking lanes through the forests.

Båtsmanstorp in rural Roslagen. Close to animals and nature. Carefully renovated cottage with wood stove and fireplace. Lush, secluded and large garden with many cultivated varieties of plants. The nearest lake is Erken, where there are several different swimming areas and scenic areas. At the cottage, there is a wood-fired sauna. There is good bus communication to, for example, Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination.
