Have visited this place several times, and it's perfect for the purpose. The large space on the third floor is as made for purposes that need a lot of space. The kitchen is social, and the bedrooms are comfortable and dark.

This place is a little gem of tranquility on a beautiful island. It made for a great family adventure with our three kids. Kayak tours, rides on the private boat to the main islands to shops and restaurants which is also great for a bike ride with kids. We Very much enjoyed the sauna with view on the ocean too !

We are super happy that we booked this home. Cozy cottage with opportunity to burn, which we appreciated! Super nice host couple who were always helpful. Luxury to come to made beds and borrow towels. A cozy swimming area about 500 meters away. A lot and fun toys for kids. Yes, everything was great! We would love to come back :)

I booked this home for my in laws to stay for our wedding and they absolutely loved everything. My father in law even wanted to move in 😂

For nature lovers a dream, we had squirrels from time to time on the balcony. Deer who ran by at your doorstep. The trip to the island itself was also always very relaxing with the ferry. Shopping nearby. Tomas took great care of us and if what happened, he immediately made an effort to arrange. We were well received and looked after by an employee on site, he also gave us great tips for the area just great thank you. We were welcome and well taken care of, it couldn't be better. Great villa in a small town with nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. A really wonderful place to relax. And yust ten minutes walk to a station that brings you to the centre of Stockholm. Sometimes there are planes coming over but I was the only one in my family noticing them. The host Simon does everything he can to give you and your family a wonderful stay. My kids loved this place, for them it was the best of Sweden.

Beautiful house, in a fabulous location. When we arrived, the house was all lit up with Christmas lights - it felt really cosy, warm and inviting. Jani was there to meet us when we got there to show us around the house and the facilities (hot tub and saunas). As we were there for Christmas, we were delighted to see the kitchen had all the pots and pans needed, plus loads of serving dishes. It was perfect! It’s a beautiful house, and one which we look forward to visiting in the summer some year to make use of the swimming pool.

Eva and her family were very welcoming hosts. We had everything we needed and more during our stay at their beautiful and special place. We even enjoyed a bath in the pool. We had a lovely view from the terrace and the surrounding is also nice and green and with good restaurants. Thank you for having us!

Fantastic. Extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Apartment already expensive, but worth the price - the view of the water is unbeatable and Vaxholm is very well located for activities in Stockholm and the archipelago. Now in March few ships are sailing, but the bus connections are excellent.

The house is a real pearl in Stockholm archipelago, beautifully decorated which allows guests to understand the true living in this unique nature setting. The house is well equipped, with a spacious patio/deck for breakfast, lunch or dinner with brand new deck furniture. The house built in 1912, offers spectacular views from each room and is located next to a 1500 year old viking chiefs' grave shaped like a boat which gives a unique tie to the Scandinavian history. We experienced beautiful waterfront sunsets dining at the the dock house which offers charming overnight accommodations and has all the kitchen, dining/bbq equipment so guests can enjoy the dining at waterfront without running up to the main house. The sauna house is easy to use and guests can cool off stepping into the sea. For local excursions, the house is about 50 minutes drive to Stockholm old town. We thank the host Fredrik and his wife for a fantastic vacation in this spectacular Swedish nature reserve.

Pierre's house is truly a “gem in the Stockholm archipelago”. The house is large, very nicely cut and has the "certain something". The highlight is the very nicely made sauna overlooking the water. It can also be illuminated nicely at night. Paddle boat and stand up paddle complete it all. There is another house on the property, which is also rented out. Sometimes very nice people and we got along well. We had a fantastic week and would love to come again anytime. Communication with Pierre was also very pleasant and we got valuable tips.

We spent 3 great weeks in this beautiful vacation home. It was noticeable at every turn that the hosts had gone to great lengths to make our stay pleasant and relaxing. It really had everything we needed and there were lots of great tips for things to do in the area. Also on site there were numerous opportunities for everyone - big and small - to pass the time (large meadow to let off steam, lots of games, table tennis, beautiful beach with bathing island, jetty, sauna with impressive views...). We highly recommend this beautiful spot and the great hosts.

We had a great time at Lena's house! It is beautifully located and the views are a dream! The surroundings are absolutely quiet and apart from wind and waves you could hardly hear any other sounds. A perfect place to fully relax. The house is very tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. Communication with Lena was very quick and straightforward. We will be happy to come back!

The second time we visited this nice house! Beautiful and soothing surroundings! It is cozy and homely inside the house. Nice view and a glassed-in terrace that is lovely to hang out in during a little worse weather! We enjoyed ourselves very much! 😊

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in the little cottage of Frederik, which offers everything you need. We felt like at home. The lakeside dock with sauna was the most beautiful. We were allowed to use everything ( sauna, kayak), which is not self-evident. The house is in the middle of nature, full of tranquility! A real place of soul!!! THANK YOU! Frederik and his family are very very nice, it doesn't bother them at all that they live on the property. We enjoyed the tranquility and proximity to the water very much. We will be happy to come back!!!
