Townhome vacation rentals in Uppsala County

We had a great week at Jan’s house. We were a family of four and some grandparents. It was an easy 10 min walk to station and shop for easy access to Stockholm and Uppsala. The kids loved the playground and the nearby lake! Thank you Jan!

We stayed with our big daughters in the most beautiful house and felt very comfortable right away. The location is great to various swimming spots, to the campsite Eriksöbadet (here you could rent canoes super uncomplicated) there is a beautiful path through the forest along the water. The center is 20 minutes away. Here we went to Café Hembygdsgårds. So beautifully located and delicious food. Camilles Trädgård & Café is also very pretty. Very tasty crumble in an enchanted garden. You also have to be located for the boulangerie directly at the harbor. There are delicious baked goods here. Then we took another ferry ride to Grinda and Sandhamn. These ferries in the most wonderful weather were a dream. The Cinderella ferry to Sandhamn can be booked online. Great restaurant overlooking the water:Bryggan på Tenö. The food is delicious ! We will miss the super equipped kitchen, the tastefully furnished house with 2 terraces and the cat Zoe😊

Lena made everything possible that let me directly feeling home in her lovely, cozy and quiet house. She also supported me in any case and gave me really good recommendations regarding Stockholm and the whole region. I enjoyed so much staying here for a whole month. It’s the perfect place for holidays - but also during internships or business trips. I already can say that I’ll definitely come back. family friendly house that felt exactly like home

Family house in a convenient location. Walking distance to a lake where one can swin. Inez, very thoughfully and kindly, gave to our sons one inflatable matress each for using in the lake. We enjoyed our holiday there!

We had a lovely time at Anneli's. The house was perfect for a family of 4. It is slightly outside Uppsala but it was very easy to hop on the bus and get into town in just 15 minutes (buses always on time and no traffic jams on the way into town). The house is quiet, light, welcoming and cozy and has all the mod cons a family needs. It is in a residential neighbourhood which is perfect for families. The house was spotless and we felt right at home. Anneli was very forthcoming and all the information she gave us was spot-on. There is an ICA supermarket just two minutes away on foot which is open 7 days a week from 7-22. It made life very easy! There is a lot to see in Uppsala and it is also very easy to hop on the train and go to Stockholm for the day. I heartily recommend staying at Anneli's. We would gladly do so again. Thank you to Anneli and her family.

I visited friends in the area and needed accommodation one night. The place was perfect and they made me feel so welcome. I even got freshly baked scones on Sunday morning.

I had a very good stay!! You have the room, the kitchen and the bathroom just for you. The house is very close to the bus stop to get to the city so it's easy. Also, it's a quiet neighborhood and a peaceful area. Bengt and Azi are so great and I was really happy meeting them. Thank you.

The villa is very characteristic, with windows and very pleasant outdoor space to live with a sofa, tables, chairs. Everything is very functional, the stay was relaxing. The house is close to a huge green park. To reach Stockholm, the bus stop 504 is a few meters away (with 504 you can reach the metro and from there the city). Asa was very kind and helpful. I recommend this house for those who want to visit both Stockholm and the surroundings (Trosa, Uppsala, the royal castle, Sigtuna, etc.).

I really liked my stay at Ghazzals place. I got a bit introduced into Pakistan culture, it was really interesting having talks, the owner is really hospitable, still there is enough private space. So the perfect mix. It was like in the pictures. No complaints whatsoever. I can really recommend this place :)

I stayed there for about two and a half months and both Gonzalo and his wife were very friendly and I had a comfortable stay. If you are staying in the Stockholm area for a longer (or even shorter) period of time, I would recommend this place.

We loved staying here! It was very warm and cozy the whole time, despite being 25 degrees F outside! The house was well-appointed and a great price. Beds were super comfortable! The two couches in the living room were also comfy (even for sleeping on), and the tv made it easy to relax in front of a movie. Cozy lights in all the right places. There is a bus stop very, very close which takes you to the train into the city. The train itself is only a beautiful half-mile walk away, and there's a grocery story there. Otherwise, this is definitely a suburban location so take a little time to orient yourself with how to get around, especially if you don't have a car. We did not mind this at all - just setting expectations. Great value for the price! Easy place for a small group of us to gather over dinner after busy days of seeing Stockholm. Would highly recommend!

Emma is a great hostess who was always available immediately. Emma's house is situated in a quiet and family-friendly location. By bus and U-Bahn, you can easily reach Stockholm in 1 hour and can make great excursions in the area. The house is very cozy and nicely decorated. We felt very comfortable and I highly recommend this place.
