Now, we finally rent out our newly renovated (ready 2022) unique farmhouse of 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave,coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4a. The bathroom farmhouse gem, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs there is the bedroom, 160 bed, a small sofa and armchair as well as swivel smart TV. The farmhouse is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

The house was completed in January 2024 and is located on a quiet cul-de-sac 100 meters from a fantastic nature reserve with endless options for walking, hiking and swimming. In 10-15 minutes by car, you can reach both the sea with nice swimming areas or two of Scandinavia's largest shopping centers (Täby Centrum and Mall of Scandinavia. Get close to nature and enjoy the sun in Uppsala-Näs. We have our own jetty for swimming and private barbecue area right on the lake. The forest is outside the step so is good for those who like long walks. The lake also offers good fishing & skating in the winter for those interested. Nearest grocery stores, restaurants, cafes & pharmacy are about 10 min away by car. Uppsala center you can reach in 20 minutes by car. We have bus connections (Bus 107) 800 meters from here that goes directly into Uppsala in 30 minutes.

Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.

Welcome to our cozy and peaceful house where the whole family can relax. The house, which is only 15 minutes from central Stockholm and 5 minutes from Täby C, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a TV room, a large kitchen, a dining room, and two dedicated work spaces.
