Villan finns belägen 4 km från Storsjöns pärla, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minuters bilväg från Kungsberget Ski resort och 20 minuter från populära Högbo Bruk. För närvarande endast access till sjön vintertid.

Welcome to our beautiful house in the countryside, with no next-door neighbors except the forest. A short walk takes you to a quiet lake and a lovely sea inlet, for swimming, or just unwinding by the water. The house has all modern comforts, an open floor plan, and big windows that bring the outdoors in. There’s also a private sauna. Especially great for families - there are toys, trampoline, swings, a highchair, and a baby bed to make your stay easy and fun. Enjoy the peace and quiet!

Fiber finns som möjliggör att det även passar utmärkt att arbeta härifrån. Naturnära tomt med gräsmatta för sommaraktiviteter. Ca 150m till bryggan med båt (3,5hk) för fiske och bad samt kajak för 2p. Härlig löprunda på 4,5km runt Björsund, se guideboken. Stor altan med grill och pingisbord.

Charming cottage by the lake in Sigtuna

Welcome to rent our cottage that suits 2 adults and possible 1-2 children. The cottage has a large terrace with fantastic lake view and terrific sunsets. It´s located within 20 minutes walking distance from the city centre of Sigtuna.Small beach and boat dock to use within 70 meters from the cottage. Your own private bathroom with shower is not located in the cottage. it is 10 steps away in the basement of our main house. You have your own door and come and go as you like.

Nära till busshållplats med goda kommunikationer. Gävle centrum ligger på 40 minuters gångavstånd genom fint parkområde längs ån.

Strandtomt i Stenskär

Härlig tomt med en fantastisk utsikt över en mycket vacker vik med egen strand! Se solen gå ner över sjön, ett underbart skådespel och klippor precis utanför dörren.
