We felt very comfortable in Tatjana's apartment. The apartment is quietly located and the bus to downtown is not far away. In the nearby organic market we were able to supply ourselves with everything. The whole apartment was very clean and cozily furnished. Tatjana is an excellent host, always communicated very comprehensively and quickly. We highly recommend the apartment and would always book here again at any time. Nice, simple apartment in a quiet neighborhood, not far from the city center by bus.

The apartment is super nice and clean. There is everything you need, especially the kitchen is top equipped. Parking right from the house. We felt very comfortable.

Host was good, speaks English, and House is really good, from the house location it is easy reach all places in ULM, 1min walk to tram station and bus stop.

Everything was great, the communication was very warm and straightforward, the room was very welcoming and clean, we felt immediately comfortable and were delighted about the loving details! Sylvia and Manu go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. We slept great! We'd love to come back!

Great vacation rental in an absolutely quiet location. The house was very thoughtfully furnished with attention to detail, you lack nothing. Very cozy, lots of indirect lighting, cozy atmosphere. The view from bed is fantastic. Everything is very clean. The landlords are very open and helpful people who are always trying to make you feel comfortable. We arrived and felt right at home. Incidentally, we did not notice any unpleasant odors, as described in the previous review.

Comfortable living with five people in two bedrooms (in case of need sixth person on the sofa), good location between trade fair and lake, but street itself rather boring. Bakery and Lidl in walking distance. Nice hostess. Clean, sufficiently and conveniently equipped. Recommendation!

We were with 5 adults and 1 child and the apartment had everything that we needed, very comfortable beds and very clean. i would highly recommend! We really loved the style of the apartment and it was the perfect place for a family get away. We played games and watched a movie. The host was also super responsive and very friendly!
