Away from the hustle and bustle on a large estate, surrounded by meadows, forest and small lakes not far from the Allgäu Alps & Lake Constance. The house with approx. 100 m² is very quietly located, offers plenty of space for the whole family on 2 floors, including spacious outdoor facilities with terrace, barbecue area, soccer field, volleyball court, pool and plenty of green space. Thanks to Wi-Fi & smart TV, you'll always be up to date!

A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, just 200 m from the swimming area on the lake. With a beautiful view of the Schlosspark, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 am to 10 pm, except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in Baden-Württemberg (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open all year round from 6 am to 10 pm.

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

The studio has been specially equipped to meet the needs of solo travelers. It is furnished to a high standard. Not far from the lake and the city center. After a few steps you will reach the shore of Lake Constance and the city center, from where you can reach any boat connection on Lake Constance. Numerous event options are available in the Lake Constance region. From May to October, our seasonal pool in the beautiful courtyard is available to all guests

The cozy atmosphere of the simple circus wagon combines harmoniously with the convenience of being able to share both the bathing pond and the sauna (1x free). The rural area invites you to linger and clear your head. LEGOLAND Germany can be reached in a few minutes via the nearby A8 highway. The beautiful city center of Günzburg is just as quick by car or by bike. The rear garden area with pool and small seating area is available for use. Check-in can be made straightforward and contactless thanks to a key safe.

Very nice wooden log cabin on large property with large natural pond. Very quiet surroundings on the edge of the forest. Ideal for people looking for peace and quiet. Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub. Beautifully landscaped garden with garden furniture to linger. 1/2 hour to Lake Constance and an hour to Munich. 15 minutes from the new Center Park. You can also buy day tickets there.
