The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Your own beach on Lake Constance. Just a few steps between your coffee cup and a jump into the water. In summer you paddle off directly from the property by canoe or SUP, sunbathe and grill while the sun sinks into the lake. In winter the barrel sauna, the fireplace and the double bathtub await, overlooking the still water. 92 m² for 4 guests on the UNESCO World Heritage island of Reichenau. Restaurants and boat landing 300 m away, Konstanz in 15 minutes, Zurich in just over an hour.

Oasis of tranquility near the lake... Captain's House

Our apartment is very tranquil and completely quiet in a street parallel to the lake. It is located on the 2nd floor and has a nice wrap-around balcony with a table and chairs for enjoying a lovely day in the sun. Only a small walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach pool and the other many tempting leisure activities. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house there is another apartment….Captains Suite. A sauna is included.

Nature-oriented living in a beautiful, very quiet location, with an open view over the field to the south. Despite the proximity of the mobile home and main house, there is a pleasant private area. The property is very basic, and the outdoor toilet/shower is not for everyone. Gottlieben is a wonderful place to stay: cafe, restaurant, bathing place. Great connections to Konstanz: by boat, by bike, and on foot along Pappelallee beside the Seerhein.

Quietly located bathhouse on 2 floors with direct lake access, covered terrace and large garden. We have renovated our gem, which is over 100 years old, with a lot of love over the last few years. To preserve the original flair, we left the shower area outdoors. If you can do without a little comfort, but want to enjoy relaxation and closeness to nature...Then you are cordially invited to spend a great time with us.

Our apartment Abt Ekkehard with 65 sqm was completely rebuilt and modernized at the beginning of 2024. It is located on the 2nd floor of the historic main house and has a spacious terrace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. From the bedroom you have a beautiful lake view. The large garden with numerous seating options and wonderful views of the lake invites you to sit outdoors.
