Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Only suitable for nature lovers and adventurous, sporty guests. Good place to watch waterfowl. "Forest kitchen" with running water, gas cooker, cooking pots, dishes. Compost toilet, solar shower. Our house and parking are about 150 m away, across the forest. Swimming and fishing in the lake possible.

The cottage was completely newly renovated 2 years ago and is located in idyllic Schnürpflingen. Very private with a separate entrance. A small terrace is located behind the cottage. It is a small swimming lake in the area and large forests with many forest and hiking trails. A bakery and a beverage market are nearby and within walking distance. Nearest supermarket is 3 km away.

Beautiful apartment 2 in new wooden house 100m to the lake

In the morning run to the lake in swimsuits and swim a small round, then enjoy breakfast in the sunshine on the balcony and then spend the day in the beach 2min away. In the evening, stroll into the beautiful old town of Überlingen and then end the evening on the balcony.
