Vacation rentals with a sauna in Upper Swabia

We had a truly wonderful stay, not only because the apartment had everything we needed, but also thanks to the hosts, who are absolutely fantastic people. Everything was perfect, and we wholeheartedly recommend both the accommodation and the location. We will definitely recommend this stay to others and hope to return in the future!.

There were four of us with a dog and we felt very comfortable in Dorothea's place! The apartment is decorated with a lot of love and the terrace overlooking the mountains and the lake is really a dream. Perfect to relax :) Communication with Dorothea was also very pleasant and straightforward, we'd love to come back! :)

The place is simply fantastic, with a direct view of the lake and a private access to it. Martin is extremely nice and gives numerous helpful tips on activities and restaurants. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful, lovingly furnished apartment with all the needs. We were particularly impressed by the great outdoor area with sauna, pool and cozy sitting area. Everything was sparkling clean and very well maintained. The quiet location on the outskirts of Kempten with a supermarket within walking distance was ideal for us. Absolutely recommended – we will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful time in the sauna oasis! Location is perfect – quiet yet central, with hiking trails starting right outside the door. The apartment is very well equipped and really lacked nothing. Everything was clean and lovingly prepared. In addition to the fantastic views of the castle, the absolute highlight was of course your own sauna – a real feel-good experience after a long day of hiking. Thank you for the great accommodation, we will be happy to come back!

Good location, small nice apartment, parking right outside the door, very nice owner

I spontaneously decided to leave with two of my children on Saturday night. Everything worked out perfectly and the next morning we were in the car on the way to vacation. The place of Eduard and Anna was exactly as shown on the pictures. It was clean and everything you need. On the beds there was a sweet as a welcome ☺️ the kids thought it was great and I also felt right at home. The apartment was a great starting point for many activities! The swimming pool, which is part of the complex and can be used free of charge, was also very clean, just like the associated sauna. Communication with Eduard was super fast and straightforward. Thank you very much. We really needed this week off with fantastic ☀️ sunshine. I'm sure we'll be back!

We slept here for 2 nights. The garden was great for the children, a sandpit, swing, trampoline and play cars. The house itself was clean, comfortable and equipped with every comfort. We found it highly recommended, especially in combination with a visit to Legoland.

If you want to relax for a few days and feel at home, this is the place to be. The vacation home is well thought out to the smallest detail. It's cozy, comfortable and clean. The garden offers many opportunities to relax, whether you want to lie in the garden, relax in the sauna or end the day in the hot tub, it's all possible. The two landlords were very friendly and personable, so we felt right at home. I would definitely book again if we want to go to Lake Constance.

Very nice and clean apartment. There was nothing missing in the apartment, many small details were thought of that are not always self-evident. The communication between Jana& Adrian was very warm and helpful. The surrounding area is very beautiful with many hiking and excursion possibilities. We can recommend the apartment with a very good conscience.

We had a delightful stay! Heike and Anja were so friendly and pleasant. We had three grandchildren with us, and they had an absolutely delightful time. The kids loved all of the play equipment, and the opportunity to pet and feed the alpacas, pigs, chickens, And interact with so many animals. It was a delight to be there, and we felt right at home. If we had the chance to come again, we would happily stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Excellent apartment, everything as new, very well maintained and modern. Parking on the street in front of the house, we had no trouble finding a parking space. Definitely recommend!

It was beautiful all around. Only the path to the swimming pool and back you would have to think well from our apartment, which was quite far up, but that is just the way and also to be overcome. Great vacation, we will be happy to come back!!!

If we vacation nearby again, then certainly in the same location. Everything is correct and worth the price. The house fits the beautiful area and vice versa. Space and variability is massively available. It is quiet despite a church nearby. Contact with hostess completely unproblematic, precise, friendly and fast. From Öhningen-Schienen you can easily explore the entire Höri peninsula, Switzerland is within sight, perfect. You have to top that first!

The property and the surroundings were just beautiful. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great time and were able to relax wonderfully. It was definitely a place where we all felt very comfortable. Highly recommend!

The beautiful accommodation of the lovely Vroni was sugar-sweet, furnished with attention to detail, everything tipptopp clean and the hot tub an absolute highlight. We were able to completely switch off from everyday life through the silence and the sight of the little chickens. We will definitely be back, dear Vroni. It was a short weekend - too short for the location. A very lovingly prepared house with lots of history and a new extension, large living room-kitchen combination and sauna in this equipment is rarely found. Clay plaster, heat pump, beds with 3° inclination for better sleep, there is a lot to tell if you were there. Not to mention the view and the cooking and grilling possibilities. Also a very nice, helpful landlady with lots of tips and commitment. We say thank you to Sabine and Erwin for the (unfortunately much too short) weekend! A real specialty

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The house is very large and perfect for families with young children. It was spotlessly clean, and you can tell that the host attaches great importance to details. He was also extremely kind and helpful. The location is quiet and ideal for anyone who wants to relax. The property is also ideally suited for larger groups, as there is enough room for everyone. We highly recommend this Airbnb and will be happy to come back!

A stay in the house of Annemarie & Martin is highly recommended. It is very well equipped, very modern and definitely corresponds to the photos of the listing. We were greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine, roses and cake in the house. You have a beautiful view of Bregenz and Lake Constance. The lounge, kitchen and bedrooms are very spacious. Communication was very friendly, straightforward and accommodating from the beginning.
