Great for a family reunion or the same. Great bedrooms with an excess number (5) of beautiful bathrooms. A very cozy large living or dining room with an excellently equipped kitchen, including the well-functioning pizza oven. Everything very clean. Very secluded but also quiet location. Outdoor area is ok. Communication and check-in absolutely hassle-free. We will be happy to come back.

Superb and large super functional apartment, very well equipped for a family! Parking just below so at the top Close to Memmingen in minutes This was our first stay in Germany and given this beautiful experience we will come back without hesitation! Thanks to Armin and Antonia for their hospitality and kindness , everything was perfect !

We stayed with Ingrid and Peter with our two toddlers, we were very warmly welcomed. The place was perfect for us, everything was available and we find the photos don't quite do the place justice. The rooms are large and bright and from the balcony there is a beautiful view of the small lake/pond. Everything went straightforward and easy. The kitchen is super equipped, had spices, coffee, tea available. A washing machine was also available in the bathroom, which we could have used for 5 euros. The property is highly recommended. Even though we needed the car for excursions. Nearby there was a lake, playground, many restaurants which were within walking distance. A heartfelt thank you to Ingrid and Peter. Very warm welcome. Accommodation extremely true to the description and well maintained. It is rather well located for visiting the cities on the northeast side of Lake Constance. We had a pleasant stay. We highly recommend this listing and these very welcoming hosts.

Charming accommodation made of small beautifully decorated rooms, which make it a little cocoon. Access to the terrace is very nice for eating while enjoying the view of the very flowery garden. We really enjoyed the coolness of the house in summer. Alexandra is very friendly, attentive to her guests. We highly recommend it.

Regina gave me a very warm welcome. It was extremely flexible, and I had everything I needed. The place is a real little gem in the middle of old town. Beautiful old wood, and also the large bathtub appealed to me! Glad to come back!
